Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Yes, it is an RV on someone's property and since that was mentioned in the description, we expected that. After we booked, we were sent a video with some tips on how to operate some aspects of staying in an RV (If you haven't had that experience, or even if you have, the tips were incredibly helpful!)
It was very easy to check in. We arrived after dark and the place was all ready for us, including nice and cool for the warm evening. Our hosts responded very quickly to any questions. The preparation for us to stay was very thoughtful. It was very clean, stocked with kitchen utensils and has Wi-Fi and Netflix, etc. access. We had some time to visit with the hosts (and their sweet doggies) and were very sad to leave. We were there to check out the Austin metro area for potential relocation, and we looked forward to return to this lovely setting each day for total relaxation in the evening after full busy days. They allow access to their "Tiki Hut" which is a covered concrete pad with seating and hammocks! The yard has lots of solar lights for evening enjoyment.
Groceries, fuel and other amenities (including the cutest little place called the Simmer Down Cafe--awesome breakfasts!) were within a few short miles. We highly recommend this place if you want to relax and get away from it all. It is also a great "home base" for visiting the Austin area and all it's treasures.
