The place was perfect for a couples long weekend . We had 4 couples that stayed and the bedrooms, den and kitchen accommodated us all very well. The pool was nice and relaxing. It was a very short walk to the downtown square. There were lots of restaurants and shops in the old downtown.

Perfect place and location for our girls weekend! We loved the heated pool, fire pit, fully stocked kitchen supplies, and the reclining couches. A very fun place to stay! The kids enjoyed lots of games to play and the rooms were very comfortable and private. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool this time but maybe for our next stay! The location was great for walking yo and from the town square.

Everything about this place was as advertised. The manager did an exceptional job at conveying information about the house itself and its surrounding environment. The beds were comfortable. We have owned this house since 2019 and we are delighted to share it with you! We love the vibe of the downtown Georgetown area and feel that many folks will enjoy just as we have. From the Christmas lights in the square at year end, to the Poppy Fest, and the Two-Step Country Music festival there is something year round for all families. We love the pool and the roof top balcony and the close walk or drive to EVERYTHING- shopping, hiking, events downtown. There are several wine bars and restaurants within 2 blocks. Please come and experience the charm of downtown Georgetown with us!

Why they chose this property

We chose this neighborhood due to its proximity to the downtown Georgetown Square. Two blocks to the square for real! The entire area has gone through a significant transformation since 2019 however you might notice some of the beautiful older architecture as well. Georgetown is host to many historic properties that go back to the early 1900s that give our local area an "Old Town" feel. Georgetown proper has experienced rapid growth since 2019 and we are delighted to be at ground zero of it all!
