THE APARTMENT
- A large living space, featuring:
- A lounge area with a convertible sofa, an armchair and a coffee table.
- A dining area with a dining table for 6 people, and a large open-floor kitchen with everything you will need (note: with the exception of an oven).
- Two bedrooms, featuring the following:
A first bedroom suite with a king size bed, a small TV, spacious closet/dressing and large windows, connected to its private shower room with toilets.
A second suite-like bedroom, smaller, yet with a king size bed too, large closet/dressing, and its private shower room.
- Separate toilets near the entrance.
- Two small balconies so you can look over the famous Rue d’Antibes and enjoy its lively and warm from above.
GETTING TO THE PROPERTY
Access to the property is within 5 minutes on foot from the Cannes train station.
It is 30 minutes by car from the Nice Côte d’Azur airport.

WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Once you exit the apartment building, located on the Rue Teissière, you’ll be able to enjoy the following activities a few minutes away on foot:
- Take a leisurely stroll along the Croisette seafront, and take a ride on the Carrousel or race remote-controlled boats.
- Do some upscale shopping on the Rue d’Antibes.
- Reach the legendary Palais des Festivals and its famous steps.
- Board a train at the Cannes station to visit other jewels of the French Riviera.
- Explore the alleys of the medieval Le Suquet district.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
Bus stops at the foot of the apartment building.
Cannes train station 4 minutes away on foot.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Free street parking in the same street as the apartment building, and public parking within less than a minute-walk.
Household linen is provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, kitchen towels, etc...)
Daily essentials upon your arrival (shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water, etc...)
A Concierge Service is at your disposal during your entire stay.
Check-out is no later than 11 am and check-in no earlier than 4 pm. This is flexible depending on availability, of course: please do not hesitate to tell us if you wish to arrive before or leave later, we will be happy to accommodate whenever it is possible.
Arrivals can be with one of our staff until 10 pm in winter, and 11 pm in summer.
After-hour arrivals are only self-service via key lock boxes.
All the key lock boxes are located in front of our office at 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin, in Cannes, and the keys will therefore need to be retrieved from this location.
