Czysty przestronny apartament z kuchnią i łazienką. Bardzo miły właściciel. Jedyne minusy to: odległość od plaży i sklepu, lokalizacja domu dość wysoko na wzgórzu oraz staromodny wystrój.

Abgewirtschaft und ohne Privatsphäre

- Das Außengelände war verwahrlost, die Unterkunft nicht wirklich sauber. Die Einrichtung war verkommen (gesprungenes Waschbecken, nackte Lampen ohne Schirme, Glühbirnen teilweise entfernt um Strom zu sparen, Duschhalterung fehlte, etc.). Der Vermieter hat uns weitgehend ignoriert. Zwischen der Wohnung und der Nebenwohnung gab es als Trennwand eine nicht fachgerecht montierte Falttür, durch die man jedes Wort und jedes Geräusch der Nachbarwohnung deutlich hören konnte - toll bei Nachbarn mit kleinen Kindern und entsprechender Geräuschkulisse. Preis ok - trotzdem nicht empfehlenswert!

Calm area at the end of the street. Fairly view to sea and mountains. Icici is close to Opatija, where you can find a lot of good restaurants. With a car you can reach all Istria within 1-2 hours: Cities and caves and so on. - The wall between ours and the next Apartment was perhaps under construction. It was covered with some kind of a curtain - we could clearly hear people talking.
