Very impressive location. Walk to all restaurants. Easy communication with hosts. Comfortable beds. Very organized. Well equipped kitchen. Cleaning service could improve as we needed to wash the kitchen floor for clean feet as host asked that we did not wear shoes in the house which we respected. Outdoor weber grill needed a good cleaning as a half dozen chicken wings were left on the grill.
My husband and I stayed for a long weekend with another couple. The house was well appointed, clean, bright and airy. The pool was fantastic and just what we needed for a quick weekend getaway from the city. We can’t wait to come back!
This is a wonderful family house with a beautiful pool and just steps from town. Enjoy summer concerts on the green in the evenings, and you can even hear the music from the backyard! The beach is within walking distance and the neighborhood is very walker friendly too.
Super Location, Easy to live in house, Fantastic Pool
We stayed here in August 2021 on a visit back to Fairfield, CT, where we used to live. I was unsure of the house's exact location when I booked but knew it was "right in town" and wow it 100% is. Convenient to stores, the beach, I-95 and Fairfield U, and my teens and tweens could easily walk to the Deli, Starbucks and friends' houses to visit and errands like the drug store, small grocery store, and bank could all be done on foot.
The house was spotless and well equipped. The pool was my children's favourite part and it was sparkling clean every day. The house is very nicely decorated but not so fancy that you would struggle to feel comfortable or feel like you can't relax. It's typical Fairfield style and the white picket fence fits right in to CT Coastal living. The managers/owners were very responsive and when there was an item I couldn't find in the house, they sent it overnight to us.
I would highly recommend this house and would definitely stay here again!!
