Home features granite countertops, subway tile, wood flooring downstairs, carpet and tile upstairs, crown molding, a dining area with built in bench seating, farmhouse sink, gas fireplace, wrap around porch with outdoor grill and lots of storage. Laundry room is upstairs right outside of the bedrooms. Garage is in the back of the home. Wonderful location, close to Pinnacle Hills Promenade and I-49.

Very nice property. Quiet neighborhood. Great location. Should replace the frying pans-they are badly scratched.Would be nice if there were a couple of light blankets or afghans for cool evenings so the heat didn’t have to be turned on.
