My apartment is in a C- neighborhood but very clean and beautiful inside. Wifi is included with Netflix and multiple channels such as showtime and youtube. Hardwood floors throughout with an expensive Tempur-Pedic Pro Breeze mattress with an electric adjustable base bed frame. Apartment is located on the second floor. Comfortable safe haven apartment. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!! The host never response and you end up getting a hotel instead

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!! This is a scam!! We booked the room, they took our money right away. And the host never replied back on how to get in the condo. Then when we got there we finally got a hold of the host and she said, “ sorry I forgot there’s instant booking, I can’t accommodate your stay”!!!! Like what??! They took our money confirmed then tell us last minute that basically we are screwed. Now we have to pay out of pocket to look for another hotel right away!!! So now I’m paying more then double the amount just for a room at a hotel!! The host finally refunded us the money and now we’re still in the process of trying to get some money back from the overage that we pay for the hotel. NEVER EVER BOOK THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE STRANDED AND CANNOT GET A HOLD OF THE HOST!! This is the most horrible experiance with VRBO. Now they are not responding with our refund!
