Pros: Clean and well kept condo. Great views and easy to get to the gulf. The pools were great and clean as well. Cons: most VRBOs provide basic cooking supplies (cooking spray, salt and pepper, etc). This one did not. They provided 1 packet of dish detergent only. ZERO dish soap. Didn’t appreciate having to bring our own beach towels either- they could easily provide separate beach towels for guests but didn’t. Overall, the condo was great and clean but the supplies from the host were lacking.

We do provide a standard starter kit in each unit, which includes one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one trash bag per can, one roll of paper towels, one dish sponge, and one dish pod. As noted in the welcome packet, these items are not replenished during your stay, and guests are responsible for additional supplies. Wonderful experience

This is our first time to stay at this property. We had a lovely Thanksgiving experience here. This is not surprising; we have come to expect this from Brett Robinson properties.
