Our 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo on the 15th floor offers a fantastic space for your family vacation. The spacious floor plan comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, although the sofa sleepers are best suited for children. For optimal comfort, we recommend a maximum of 6 adults with children.

BALCONY
The balcony is likely where you’ll spend a fair amount of time so we made sure we have comfortable resin pub chairs to sit and enjoy your morning coffee, have an evening cocktail or just lounge all day watching the dolphins frolic in the water. Because the balcony faces directly east, you can easily see the beautiful sunrise and expansive views up and down the beach.

LIVING ROOM
In our main living area we have sliding glass doors with AMAZING beach views. There's are 2 new LazyBoy sofas with a coffee table, side table and lamps. There is also a love seat with reading lamp to sit and enjoy the blue skies. Large 50 inch flat screen smart TV with cable and dedicated High Speed WiFi connection.

FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN and DINING AREA
Even if you don’t like to cook, you’ll find inspiration in our kitchen with a dreamy view of the beach. We, of course, have equipped the kitchen with all the necessities such as a dishwasher, toaster, microwave, ice-maker, blender, ample plates, glasses, silverware and kitchen utensils. We provide pots, pans and oven pans. You'll also find a coffee maker.
The Dining Area has a large table with a bench seat and 4 chairs.

MASTER BEDROOM: KING BED
The Master suite has a King Bed with Premium high thread count cotton sheets, night stands, reading lamps, large dresser, and HDTV. Large Closet -equipped with iron, ironing board, broom, dust pan, mop, Swiffer and safe. The window has blinds and drapes .

MASTER BATH: Accessible from Master Bedroom of off main Living Space - The attached full bathroom features a commode, vanity with sink, and shower unit with dual shower heads. - The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer and large fluffy bath towels. Jetted Jacuzzi Tub for a cool soak after a day in the sun.

2nd BEDROOM: KING BED
The 2nd Bedroom has a King Bed with Premium high thread count cotton sheets, night stands, reading lamps, large dresser, and HDTV. Separate entrance and kitchenette and also provided in this “Mini Suite” with refrigerator – dishwasher – microwave and well as dishes, glassware, silverware. Coffee maker and small appliances. The window has blinds and drapes .

3rd BEDROOM: 2 QUEEN BEDS
The 3rd Bedroom has 2 Queen Beds with Premium high thread count cotton sheets, night stand, reading lamp, large dresser, and HDTV. Large Closet -equipped with iron, ironing board, broom, dust pan. The window has blinds and drapes .

For your convenience, we also find 2 closets with 24 inch stackable washer and dryer. Any pool items or beach items found in the room have been left by a previous guest. We provide free high-speed WiFi.
