Sept & Nov 2022 Daytona Beach Resort sustained some major damage from Hurricanes Ian & Nicole. Seawall and south pool deck are damaged and closed until further notice.
Pools are closed until further notice.
Tiki Bar and Restaurant are closed until further notice
Beach access is only from the road on the north side of the resort
Parking garage is closed - BUT there is parking in the south lot. Parking is 1st come - 1st serve. We cant guarantee a parking spot.
Access to beach from north access road.
We can guarantee a clean, comfortable room - unfortunately - we can’t guarantee amenities at the resort.
BALCONY WORK at Resort starting Feb 5th, 2024 will last thru June 1st, 2024.
There may be noise & dust & will close some oceanfront balconies in the tower. Please contact us with any questions.

Oceanview 1 bedroom on the 7th floor is updated and is one of the nicer units in the building. This is a renovated condo with beach decor and is located on the northeast side of the resort, you have a wonderful view of the ocean as well as great sunset views. There are balconys off the living room and bedroom with 3 bar height balcony chairs. There are 2 queen beds in the bedroom. The large living room has newer sleeper sofa, reclining plush chair and new dining set. Kitchen has refrigerator, two burner cook-top, microwave, toaster, crock pot, coffee maker, Keurig and convection counter-top broiler oven. We have everything here to make your trip perfect. Linens provided includes sheets, towels, kitchen towels, pots, pans, plates, glassware, flatware, utensils everything you will need for the kitchen. You are within walking distance to grocery, pharmacy, stores, souvenir shops and restaurants.

Daytona Beach Resort

The property was clean and very nice for the price. The amenities of the room were modern. We were in town for College Cheer & Dance Competition, so we spent most of our time at the Ocean Center and Bandshell. It was nice to be a little further north away from most of the 10,000 cheerleaders & fans when it was time to rest. We slept well and the whole facility was quiet throughout our stay. Our favorite places to eat were Landshark and Racing's North Corner. Both were beachfront with good food and service. Parking was a little confusing. Our friend got towed 1st night.

Wonderful!

We really enjoyed our stay on the beach! The condo is exactly as described and so beautiful. Great views of both the city and the beach so we could see sunrise and sunset! The bathroom is HUGE so no problem for our group. There's a Publix grocery right across the street which was super convenient. Renata was so helpful with pre and post arrival information so everything went great. We highly recommend staying here.
