House has basement tenant that you can hear so he can hear YOU!

Would not have rented knowing that there was a tenant in the basement! Would not have rented knowing that there would be ongoing renovations done that were quite loud! Window shutters that can't close, it's like living outside, cars passing often! Very noisy neighborhood! When asking the owner if there was a coffee maker, she replied yes, we get there and there's no toaster/she bought one quickly. There's no kettle, I used a pot that becomes black with soot so wash daily! Uncomfortable couch, very small fridge if you're a family. Good sized bedrooms, uncomfortable pillows. Good sized washrooms. No ramp on the stairs when accessing the property, dangerous! If you're to email the owner make sure you get everything asked in1 email or she will say you are harrassing her. Address is only given once you are on the island and the keys are given in person, 1st time I've experienced this!
