Designed in a warm, modern farmhouse style, the home feels calm, cohesive, and easy to live in- no clutter, no stress, just everything you need already in place down to the dryer sheets, kleenex and olive oil.

THE EXPERIENCE
This is a locally owned, owner-managed home- thoughtfully stocked and intentionally designed to make longer stays feel effortless.

-You won’t need to run out for the basics.
-You won’t need to “make do.”
-You can simply arrive… and exhale.
-We're happy to connect you with in home massage, facial, self-talk coaching and other services to enhance your vacation.

This was a great place to stay. Well stocked with almost anything you would need. Kitchen and bathrooms were remodeled and beautiful. Quiet, relaxing home and the rec center was only about 6 blocks away. One of the best homes I have rented. Owner was very helpful.

Terrific Stay

We stayed for approxomately 7 weeks. The home is absolutely terrific, completely remodeled, exceptionally clean, well furnished, beds very comfortable, kitchen completely stocked with dishes, appliances, utensils, and cookware, well located, and it was just a joy to stay there. Neighbors friendly and helpful.

Wonderful relaxing stay

This spacious home and host met all of our expectations and more. It literally had everything you would need for everyday living (including two coffee pots!). A television with streaming content in both bedrooms, extra sheets and towels, all of the kitchen appliances you will need. We especially enjoyed the orange trees in the yard; beautiful and delicious! Bottom line, we would definitely return!

Amazing!

We were very happy with our stay at this property. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed, right down to the hand cream on the counter. The neighbors were very friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the citrus trees in the backyard. The manager was very nice and accommodating. We would highly recommend this property to everyone!!

Clean, updated home in a great location

I stayed for a month over the Thanksgiving holiday. The house was clean, cozy and well stocked with all the basics, including travel size toiletries in the bathrooms. The location was great, close to many restaurants and grocery stores as well as popular stores like Walgreens, CVS and Walmart. Lake Pleasant is just 30 minutes away and a must see. Lot's of places to hike nearby too! Julie the home owner is fantastic and very responsive. Checking in and out was a breeze. I would definitely stay here again.

Recently renovated by the interior designer owner and her handyman husband, this home is new and fresh, yet pays homage to the history of Sun City.
