Well located house with a big pool

We enjoyed our stay in this house a lot. The location is perfect between Porto Vecchio and the Palombaggia Beaches. We like the pool very much. It is big and you have a beautiful view at the mountains. The house itself is comfortable and equipped with everything you need.

Tolles Haus mit viel Platz und einem riesen Pool.Aber Achtung mit Kindern:Die hölzerne Poolumrandung ist recht marode mit vielen offenen Splittern, Löchern und heraus stehenden Schrauben. Hier ist massive Verletzungsgefahr. Für die Zufahrt empfiehlt sich ein Fahrzeug mit hoher Bodenfreiheit und am besten Allrad, der Weg ist extrem ausgefahren und es liegen viele große Steine im Weg. Hier besteht durchaus die Gefahr von Reifenschäden.

Wir danken Ihnen für Ihre Rückmeldung und freuen uns, dass Ihnen das Haus und der Pool gefallen haben. Gerne möchten wir dazu einige Anmerkungen machen. Zunächst zum Pool: Er wurde in diesem Jahr komplett renoviert und wird wöchentlich von einem Fachmann gewartet. Aufgrund der Trockenheit hat das Kiefernholz der Terrasse jedoch vermutlich gearbeitet und sich zusammengezogen, wodurch sich die Dielen verschoben haben könnten. Wir nehmen Ihre Hinweise sehr ernst und werden die Winterzeit nutzen, um die Terrasse bei Bedarf zu reparieren. Was den Zufahrtsweg betrifft: Es handelt sich nicht um eine Privatstraße, sondern um einen öffentlichen Weg der Gemeinde. Wie bei vielen Stränden und Orten auf Korsika führen die Zufahrten nicht über asphaltierte Straßen, um die Umgebung und die Ruhe aller Beteiligten zu wahren. Zwar lässt dies kein schnelles Fahren zu und macht die Anfahrt etwas anspruchsvoller, doch trägt es maßgeblich zur Erhaltung der Lebensqualität bei. Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cette villa. La maison est très agréable, parfaitement conforme à l’annonce, très propre et bien équipée. La piscine a été un vrai plus, surtout avec les fortes chaleurs, et le cadre est calme tout en restant proche de Porto-Vecchio, des plages et des commerces.L’accueil et les échanges avec les propriétaires ont été parfaits : disponibles, réactifs et de très bon conseil.Nous recommandons cette location sans hésiter et y reviendrions avec plaisir lors d’un prochain séjour en Corse !

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal in dieser wunderbaren Unterkunft und haben es wieder sehr genossen! Ab vom Trubel, mitten in der Natur und dennoch ganz nahe an den schönsten Stränden des Südens gelegen! Wir kommen definitiv wieder!
