Terrible issues with unit .

Beautiful property yet so many broken and not usable items in the unit. Dryer not heating properly, cooktop cracked all the way through, patio furniture broken and rusted / not useable,large slider door to patio broken , blind on the floor, one bar stool missing another one broken arm. cookware scratched with broken handle, plugs and outlets not working upon arrival and lastly , No water on 8/13 Pm . We spoke to the owner several times about these issues. Considering this unit is listed as a “Penthouse” we expected so much more . Offer all , we feel like this property is not reflected in the VRBO description. We currently have a case pending for a partial refund . Today is 8/23 and we checked out of the property on 8/13 .

Not clean

Unit has potential to be very nice. It was not clean, bedding not clean and had horrible smell the whole time. We have stayed at the Sapphire 5 years in a row and this unit was the worst kept.

Not the best

I was very disappointed with the state of the condo especially given the price we paid. Upon walking in the door there was a horrible smell that lasted all weekend long despite opening doors and going through multiple bottles of Febreeze and Lysol. The furniture, carpet, and bedding had multiple stains, and the sheets and pillows had hair all over them. It needs to be updated and cleaned and I would not stay in that particular condo again.

Beautiful Ocean View

We have been staying at the Sapphire for many years. Our experience has always been wonderful. The property we rented for the July 4th weekend was far our favorite. The many windows in the kitchen, main area has the most spectacular views of not only of the ocean but the “strip” as I call it. The island night lights, “awesome.” Our trip was great!
