Our first time in this particular unit at Sea Vista and we would absolutely stay again. Communication was above average with property owner. I had 347 questions prior to the trip as well as a little hiccup during the trip… they were quick to respond every single time. Condo is comfortable and incredibly well stocked/furnished. Closest unit to the boardwalk to boot! Quit reading reviews and book your stay!!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodations are very nice and clean. Being right next to the ocean was a huge plus for us! Having extra beds is great. The only thing we ever needed was more trash bags. Loved our vacay!!

Condo was exactly as pictured. Even better, it’s right on the corner at the bottom so the walk is the easiest off the beach. We love these condos location, security and cleanliness, updates. It’s all absolutely fantastic. This was our favorite yet. Thank you so much to our sweet hosts. We love that there are 2 beds in both rooms. Honestly can’t say enough good things. You’ll just have to experience it yourself! Oh, sunrises are EPIC. Just zombie out to the back patio, and it’s RIGHT there. The glory of God. So beautiful. Praying we make it back next year. Thank you again. We’re so grateful for the memories we made here this year.

We enjoyed our spring break here with two teenage boys. We had great communication with Ed before arrival and while onsite. The unit is right on the beach with easy access and is at the end of the beach (right before Isla Blanca Park) so there was not a big crowd at the beach. There were plenty of beach chairs and accessories in the owners closet. The pool and hot tub were clean, providing a great break from the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Best location to stay on the island. Condo is big enough for my family if 6 and it includes all you need for the beach. We love this place and will not stay anywhere else!!

We've stayed in many properties throughout the years but Sea Vista is simply one of the finest properties on the island. Sea Vista is owned by private owners so your stay is usually quiet and free from the masses that do not crowd our private beach. Management is attentive to your every need and all you have to do is ask if you need something.

What makes this property unique

22 steps to the beach and directly on the ground floor. No elevators, corridors or lengthy walks will keep you from the beach. You will literally walk onto your lawn and patio directly from the beach. Gorgeously decorated and fully appointed with a full kitchen and bedding that ensure you will have a restful stay. Sea Vista is closest to the action, yet super-quiet without the crowds. Schlitterbaun water park is within walking distance as is two private tennis courts and pools. Maximum occupancy 8 persons, 2 automobiles.
