-Primary guest must be at least 30 years old. A valid ID is required at check-in.

-ONLY owners are permitted to have visitors
-No pets allowed
-NO candles allowed in condo

Information to note prior to your trip:
Housekeeping will leave a roll of paper towels, a few rolls of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, dish/hand soap and trash bags. We also have coffee, sugar and some basic condiments to get you started.

Information to note during your stay:
We have a beach towel available for every guest. Beachside chairs and umbrellas are available to rent for $40/day, you can rent through Sapphire or through Sonny's next door behind Margaritaville. Poolside cabanas are available to rent for $125/day and reservations can be made 24 hours in advance at the front desk. There is no charge for poolside chairs.

The TVs are all set up for streaming. You can easily stream Netflix, HBO, YouTube, etc. There is no cable. You can also download the free Pluto TV app so you can stream shows/news. Let us know if you have any questions.
