Excellent apartment

Great apartment. Very clean, well equipped, comfy beds, great shower etc. Convenient location - ski in/ski out really works with ski lockers located right by the piste. We were 4 and the apartment was really spacious - big living room. Definitely recommend.

Perfect skiing apartment

Bernard has produced a great place to stay. It was well located, roomy, well laid out, well furnished and extensively equipped. I would recommend it to anyone for from four to six persons. Bernard was also very helpful in the booking process. Without reservation, the best skiing accommodation we have had over many skiing trips in Europe, Japan and North America

Very nice appartement for skiing

Very pretty appartement with enough comfortable (!) sleeping space for 5-6 persons. Very clean, functional, very close to the slopes (ski access). Optional garage to rent, or amply enough free parking not too far away. The bathrooms are very small, but also very functional (2 showers, 2 bathrooms !). Nice kitchen and large living room area. Getting the keys at the Avia Station near Meribel worked well, but caused a little morning detour to bring back the keys and continue skiing, but this is ok. and the cleaning job was very good. Very responsive lendlord and easy and friendly exchanges. Overall we recommand this appartment and would come back ourselves ! Ideal for a family of up to 5 persons (like us).

L'appart est vraiment spacieux pour un appartement de ski, très confortable et très bien aménagé : une vraie cuisine qui permet de faire à manger à un groupe de 8 personnes sans problème. On y reviendra!

Appartement parfait pour 6/7 personnes, parfaitement situé et aménagé aux pieds des pistes. Attention néanmoins si vous arrivez en bus les clés sont à 15min en voiture de l'appartement. Communication parfait avec le gérant. Bref je recommande fortement

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement an avril, juste avant la fermeture de la saison de ski 2019. Nous avons apprécié la très bonne localisation de l'appartement, avec un accès aux commerces et aux pistes facile. En ce qui concerne l'appartement , il est très bien équippé, avec suffisamment de rangements. Decoration contemporaine et chaleureuse. Propreté impeccable! La taille de cet appartement convient parfaitement à une famille de 4 personnes. Notre arrivée était facilitée grâce au descriptif (guide d'accueil) très détaillé préalablement fourni par le propriétaire! . Nous revenons avec plaisir!

superbe appartement aux pieds des pistes

l'appartement a été magnifiquement redécoré avec des matériaux nobles dans toute les pièces: très beau parquet et les 2 salles de bain sont parfaites; même si nous n'étions que 2 il y a beaucoup d'espace dans la partie living et la vue est dégagée sur la montagne et le soleil apparait en milieu d'après midi; le seul petit bémol c'est qu'il n'y a pas de chaise et à la longue c'est un peu fatiguant de manger assis sur un banc; c'est la première fois que nous allions dans le quartier du hameau et tout est à proximité pour les courses de première nécessité ainsi que les loueurs de ski; on peut facilement partir et revenir à ski de la résidence;

Very spacious, recently refurbished flat

We often ski in Mottaret and this was by far the nicest flat we've started in. It's spacious for a ski rental (we are a family of 4), well decorated and well equipped with all the facilities you'd expect plus things like a washing machine (amazing when you have younger children). It is well located and you can easily ski down to the main Mottaret ski area in a couple of minutes. Highly recommended.

Sans aucun doute la meilleure location que nous ayons eu sur les 3 vallées.

Appartement décoré avec gout, séjour spacieux. L'appartement est au calme et relié à d'autres batiments par une passerelle. Dans ces autres batiments : les casiers à skis, les caisses à forfaits, l'acces aux pistes, les restaurants, le huit à huit avec ses plats à emporter, la boutique de produits locaux avec ses raclettes et fondues "clés en mains", le loueur de skis ! Situation à Mottaret au coeur des 3 vallées. Simplement parfait par rapport à nos criteres de choix.

Nous sommes très attentif à donner le maximum d'information pour faciliter le séjour de nos locataires et le dialogue avec eux. Nous avons pris plaisir à faire une belle rénovation de cet appartement et nous sommes attentifs aux suggestions. Nous en tenons compte pour les saisons suivantes. Nous disposons un autre appartement pour 4 personnes dans la copropriété au Boulevard du Hameau pour 4 personnes, pour le cas où vous souhaiteriez revenir en nombre. Pour réserver l'hiver prochain, nous vous conseillons de nous contacter dès septembre car la qualité et situation géographique plaisent.

La rénovation de l'appartement est récente et labelisée Label Méribel". Nous l'améliorons en permanence en tenant compte de l'avis de nos locataires, afin de les fidèliser. La copropriété, qui est extrêmement bien placée, est elle aussi bien entretenue.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt mit Einschränkungen

Wohnung schön und ruhig gelegen mit direktem Zugang zu Skipiste, Skiverleih und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (über 2 Lifte und überdachter Strassentraverse). Wohnung freundlich und modern eingerichtet, man kann sich wohlfühlen. Leider war die Wohnung bei Übernahme nicht gereinigt worden. Vor allem Sanitärbereiche, Küche und Fussboden waren z.T erheblich verschmutzt. Nach Reklamation beim Vermieter teilte uns dieser mit, dass nach Rücksprache mit dem Reinigungsservice die Wohnung gereinigt worden sei. Das war es dann leider auch schon, schade. Unvorteilhaft ist auch, dass insgesamt nur 1 Waschbecken vorhanden ist, was bei mehreren Personen sehr umständlich ist. Wir hätten durchaus eine bessere Bewertung gegeben, die mangelhafte Sauberkeit hat uns aber sehr geärgert und deshalb gibt es nur 2 Sterne.

We’re very sorry about the problem you’ve encountered with the cleaning of the apartment. We had a long conversation with the cleaning service and we’ll be much more rigorous with them. The cleaning costs us a lot and it is not acceptable to have this type of comments from our guests. Fortunately you’re the only one to complain about it, which is nonetheless not an excuse. If you decide to come back anyway, we’ll do our best to accommodate your wishes.

Très agréable

Tout était parfait. L'appartement est agréable, propre, fonctionnel. Les photos sont conformes à la réalité. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Les échanges préalables avec les propriétaires étaient rapides et chaleureux. Nous recommandons cette location.
