Excellent séjour Andalou

Nous avons passé un séjour en famille chez Patrick et Lina avec nos 2 enfants et c’était un sans faute. Déjà dans un premier temps, ce sont les propriétaires qui nous ont accueilli et leur gentillesse nous a immédiatement mis à l’aise. Ils nous ont installé et tout expliqué sur notre nouvel environnement. Merci à vous, vous êtes au TOP ! L’appartement (qui est en fait un mix entre une villa et un appartement) bénéficie de tout le nécessaire pour que vous soyez serein au quotidien. Il est situé dans un complexe hôtelier “haut de gamme” qui offre largement les prestations et la qualité d’un hôtel 4 étoiles. Il se trouve dans une zone résidentielle très tranquille et vraiment très jolie, vous pourrez vous prendre à rêver devant les villas magnifiques qui s’y trouvent. L’établissement est le point de départ idéal pour l’ensemble de vos excursions andalouse. Concernant les plages, la plus proche est à 2min en voiture mais nous concernant nous préférions la plage Del Alicate qui se trouve à moins de 10min de voiture. Bref super séjour, rien à redire hormis (et ça n’a rien à voir avec les hôtes et leur logement) les personnes que l’hôtel laisse se baigner tout habillé. N’hésitez pas une seconde !

Ad differ from real state

When we look for property, we focus on few major points: - not bad access to the see (we rent a car so it was fine if too far for a walk) - good place for trips across the coast (we wanted to see most of those towns near the see starting from Malaga up to Gibraltar) - attractions for kids (even if weather isn't well enough for swimming) which as MUST HAVE we had playground and indoor pool (kids 2 and 5), we didn't think that the weather will be sunny enough to warm outdoor pool enough for small kids (we were right). - at least 2 rooms to be able to put kids sleep separately. When we arrive it appears that there are 2 bathrooms (1 without working doors), lock in the door to the balcony isn't working + few minor broken things which were not worth to even remember right now. The major issue we had, indoor pool from the ad was closed, it wasn't like it was closed right before our arrival. It was already closed for months, ad didn't mention that. We had few calles to the owner of property about that and the result of those calls (Owners doesn't speak English very well which makes it even harder to understand what is it about) were: it is not their fault, because indoor pools were closed due to covid restrictions in whole Spain, so it was our fault we didn't check, we were accused that we said we want to rent a flat for free for 2 weeks we rent the property, which obviously wasn't true. To make it short, it is our fault, the Ad wasn't properly updated or we didn't call owners to double check each point from the Ad if it is still valid, also we can use outside pool because their adult daughter said water is warm enough, well, water in see was much warmer than the one in the pool, but yeah, kids were not happy as the pool was right behind the corner, while the see was a bit further and it requires to move with the car). In general I would say the place is nice, but next time I will rent a room from the hotel directly. It was same price actually and you do not have to pay extra for wi-fi and when you call the hotel, definitelly you should receive proper info about open/closed attractions

Vacances au top à Marbella

Belle résidence. Bar excellent. Piscines très bien. Notre villa était parfaite (emplacement, équipement, agencement). Nous avons passé 2 semaines au top. Le seul petit bémol est que la voiture est indispensable pour aller à la plage ou se balader mais nous le savions. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour mais attention , quelques résidents ne respectent rien (heure fermeture piscine, bruit, musique "à fond" au bord de la piscine,...), donc en période "COVID", peu de monde, çà passe. Mais en période de forte affluence, je pense que notre tranquillité n'aurait pas été la même. Tant mieux pour nous.

Parfait en famille

Dans un contexte forcément difficile avec l'épidémie, nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette maison où rien ne manque. Tout est propre, fonctionnel et neuf. Il y a dans ce lieu, tous les avantages d'une maison avec les services d'un hôtel. Lina et Patrick, les propriétaires, fournissent en plus une multitude de conseils, informations sur la région, que nous avons suivis avec plaisir, grand merci à eux. L'Andalousie regorge de choses à faire et à voir, impossible de ne pas satisfaire toute la famille.
