The spacious split-level townhouse with sunny terraces are cocooned amongst beautifully manicured lawns with 2 large swimming pools edged by attractive sunbathing decks. Additional features that complete this perfectly located development include onsite restaurants, an indoor heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi, a fully equipped gym, a children’s play area and a concierge service. Set within a prime Marbella location, surrounded by several golf courses, this Resort development offers a truly unique holiday home with all the conveniences on its doorstep. The property is new from October 2016, comes fully furnished and equipped to a very high standard with all new appliances, TV's etc. Walking distance to shops, amenities and to Cabopino beach/marina where you will find a number of excellent restaurants and Chiringuito and you can walk/cycle along the coastal boardwalk all the way to La Cala de Mijas and beyond. Cabopino has reputedly the one of the best beaches on the coast with acres of silky sun-kissed sand a short walk from the resort. You could survive here quiet easily without a car. Marbella, Puerto Banus, Benalmadena, Fuengirola are all within 15 minutes drive. Malaga Airport and Estepona are 30 minutes drive. The cosmopolitan Malaga City is 40 minutes away This area is littered with numerous things for you to do and is why it is one of my favourite resorts. I have sold a number of units here. Want to get out and about??? These are only SOME of the entertainment virtually on your doorstep!

Townhouse was fantastic and in a stunning location. There are 3 x pools onsite and its only a short stroll to the beach. There are some fantastic restaurants within a short walking distance as well. Brendan was a fantastic host. Cant wait to stay here again in 2018.
We enjoyed our stay at this accommodation. Swimming pool and communal areas were well maintained. My 3 year old son enjoyed playing in the kids playground. There are 2 shops nearby so it is convenient.
There was only one downside about this booking, the apartment vas not very clean, my husband has dust allergy so he suffered first few days while we cleaned all dust of the floor and all surfaces. I would recommend to improve on cleaning the place.
This villa is really set up for short stays, rather than the 5 weeks we spent there. For short stays the facilities would be adequate but the weird kitchenette layout makes cooking and, especially washing up, difficult. The main bedroom lacks hanging space for dresses - that part may be the one padlocked by the owners - and the chest of drawers is unusable, being wedged behind the sliding wardrobe doors! Very odd! Again, this might not trouble short stay vacationers. There were some issues with appliances and changes of linens, but Brendan, the manager, responded to these promptly and efficiently. We couldn’t get the TV to work so gave up and enjoyed reading and listening to music instead. The complex itself is beautifully maintained, with stunning orange trees and landscaped gardens. The outdoor pools look very inviting but were too cold to use in January. The gym has excellent equipment but the aircon didn’t work, despite pleas to the Reserva reception. This villa is located around 15 minutes fast walk from the beach , with numerous beach bars (our favourite is Simbad for excellent food and drink and fab live music on Sundays - Duo Zingo are amazing!). Two supermarkets are a very short walk away from the villa and sell pretty much everything you could want but are, inevitably, dearer than Aldi or Lidl, both of which are a short drive away.
All in all, then, we enjoyed the location and sunny terraces of the villa but we would recommend it only for short stays.
Lovely well kept urbanization. Dog friendly. Lovely staff. Good indoor swimming pool.

My favourite holiday location
My 3rd time to stay in this fantastic house, beautiful peaceful location is excellent withing walking distance of the best beaches & restaurants. Super close to Marbella, with public transport on the doorstep also. Facilities on site are great too, good food and heated pool for cooler days and gym if you could be bothered! Lush well maintained grounds and pool area is always spotless. 2 local shops with everything you need. I love waking up in this place... can't wait to go back in June.
