Magnificent apartment renovated in 2023 in the town of Benahavis.

Located in a high-end urbanisation, fenced and monitored 24 hours a day, this apartment is secure and very quiet. It enjoys a magnificent view of the sea, Gibraltar, the African coasts and 2 golf courses.

Located 5 minutes from the golf courses of Atalaya and El Paraiso, it will be suitable not only for golfers, but also for families to get to the beaches of San Pedro, (5 minutes), Port Banus (10 minutes) or Marbella (15 minutes).
Supermarket and driving-range 5 minutes walk. Restaurants, pharmacy, and all amenities within 10 minutes drive (Guadalmina shopping centre).
Nearby are the cities of Ronda, Granada, Seville or Córdoba, which are a must-see.

The living room and the master bedroom (excellent 180cm bed) open onto a large south-west facing terrace, with views of the sea, golf courses and Gibraltar. En-suite bathroom and safe.
The secondary bedroom, (160cm bed) enjoys a balcony with mountain views.
All equipment is provided: bed and bath linen. New kitchen: crockery, dishwashers, microwave, Nespresso, washing machines, dryer, iron etc.

The living room is very nice and comfortable. There is a large library with a built-in TV.

The urbanisation benefits from 2 beautiful swimming pools with sea views, ideal for children and very beautiful mature gardens.
Also reserved for residents, a gym is available from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Private covered garage with direct access to the 1st floor by the lift.
Maximum 4 people
Dogs are not allowed.

Un bel appartement calme, spacieux, lumineux et très bien aménagé. La terrasse offre une vue splendide sur le golf et la mer — un vrai plaisir au quotidien. Deux grandes piscines et une salle de sport complète parfaitement le cadre. Nous avons passé des vacances magnifiques. Un endroit que nous recommandons vivement, surtout aux amateurs de golf !
