Located in the Monts d'Ardèche Regional Nature Park at the foot of the Ardèche Plateau, my 100 m² ground-floor apartment—completely renovated in 2022—is housed in a former silkworm farm in the Bourges Valley. It features two bedrooms with double beds (one bright and facing the mountains, the other quieter with a wood-burning insert), a living room with a pellet stove and a sleeper sofa, a large dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, a separate toilet, and, at the end of a long hallway, a sunroom extending onto a terrace with outdoor furniture and a view of the mountains. Terraces invite you to take a nap in the shade of the forest. The river flows on the other side of the road. Private access via the estate entrance. Swimming is guaranteed in natural pools!!!<br>A path leads on foot to the village, where you’ll find all the local shops. Numerous hiking trails start right from the estate.
