In the heart of the Monts d'Ardèche, between forest and river, we offer you a detached 90 m² house with 3 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with bar, a separate toilet, a bathroom, two terraces (one covered), and a secure, fenced outdoor area where you can bring your pets or simply relax in the sun.
Accommodating up to 6 guests, our property boasts stunning views of the confluence of the Ardèche and Fontaulière rivers, the village of Pont de Labeaume, and Ventadour Castle.
Nearby, you'll find the Neyrac-les-Bains and Vals-les-Bains thermal baths, local shops, public swimming pools, hiking trails, as well as beaches and rivers.

Bed linen and towels can be rented for an additional fee.
