Crow's Nest On Harbor Island - One Bedroom on Third Floor

Harbor Island, South Carolina is a private barrier sea island that offers two miles of uncrowded beach. The Island is a private gated community and is one of the last hidden gems on the East Coast.

The one bedroom, one bath villa is located on the third floor of the L Building which is situated perfectly between two swimming pools. There is an elevator onsite which makes loading and unloading very convenient. The nearest beach access is just steps away from the building. The walk to the sandy beach is less than 250 yards from the complex. This condo has a Queen size bed and a sofa bed.

A fully stocked kitchen, kitchen table and living area open to the screen porch that has views of the beach and ocean in the distance. Cable TV and very reliable high speed Wi-Fi is included with the villa. There are washing machines and dryers available in the L Building for guests to use.

Our rental includes access to the Harbor Island Beach and Racquet Club amenities which include a large swimming pool and Kiddie pool (open April - October), tennis courts, basketball court, golf chipping green, sand volley ball court, playground, shuffle board, and a fitness center. Harbor Island also has several fishing and crabbing docks for guest use.

Please note, while this building is equipped with an elevator for your convenience, the building is NOT handicap accessible. There are about 10 steps leading up to the ground level to access the elevator.

Renters must be 25 or older to rent our villa.

The Harbor Island pool is open from April 1 - November 1.

Reservations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

Pets are subject to approval and a $150 non-refundable pet deposit per pet. Max of 2 pets allowed.

Harbor Island Owners Association require a gate pass to gain access to the private island. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and are subject to change. Please contact our team after you book the property to purchase a pass. The current rates are; for a day pass $25.00; 2 nights $35.00; 3 nights $45.00; 4 nights $55.00; 5 nights $65.00; 6 nights $75.00; 7 nights $85.00; 8-30 nights $140.00; 31-364 nights $215.00

Harbor Island

Very clean and updated u it in welcoming community. Unfortunately, elevator broke twice during our stay in this top floor apartment.

Nice property

Very nice community. Daily food truck visits across street were nice to skip some cooking. Dempsey farms great place to stop for fresh fruits and Vegs. AC had trouble keeping cool in sweltering temperatures. Hope to come back sometime when not so hot.

Substandard accommodations

Entry code did not work. Blinds were broken in bedroom window letting night lights shine in. Mattress is not a true queen and is worn out. Thermostat has a pre-programmed schedule that over-rode all attempts for comfort at night. Nice view, good location. Lots of maintenance machinery during the week from 8-5. Not ADA compliant. No ramp to level of elevator, so steps are only access. *We have stayed in better units at this facility.
