Located at a place called Paravy, it offers a ski-to-door return, and a departure about 300m away by a small flat street: access to skiing is therefore easy. In summer, it offers a very large flat garden which will serve as a playground for young and old. The chalet enjoys good exposure and offers sumptuous views of the mountain ranges from Mont Charvin to the Aravis range.

In summer, the chalet enjoys a prime location just 600 metres from the children's play area and close to numerous hiking and mountain biking trails. The upcoming Logère gondola, set to open in December 2025, will provide easy access to breathtaking views of Mont Blanc and the Aravis mountain range.
