Wedding and visit to our farm being built
Top notch. Every single detail is amazing. Picture perfect cottage that is built well. Unlike modern homes this cottage has incredible charm and warmth. Best location and great for the pups. Thanks so much.

Need more amenities
The bed was so uncomfortable for me. The shower was old tub with shower curtain you couldn’t get away from. There was no dishwasher.

Home Away From Home
Absolutely beautiful property in a lovely town. Landscaping was phenomenal with a very securely fenced in backyard for our dogs. Everything you could ever need during a stay was provided by the hosts. Interior of the home was VERY clean - fridge was spotless, bathroom fixtures looked brand new, no fears about using anything there. Beds were very comfortable as well, and the blackout curtains ensured late morning starts. Can’t say enough positive things - if we ever come back to Aiken, this is where we would stay without a doubt.

About the host

We live locally in Aiken, but are originally from Maryland. Although we come more from the "salty" side of life, we continue to enjoy small town charm and the equestrian feel of Aiken. We want to share what we love about Aiken with others.

Why they chose this property

This property is close to downtown, Bruce's field, the farmer's market, and will be positioned perfectly for the new Steeplechase event location in Aiken. We love that you can hop on a bike and be in town in a few minutes, or just a leisurely walk is less than a mile.

What makes this property unique

Cruising bikes available, backyard ambiance, grill, and great character!
Our large fenced in backyard is enjoyed by many happy pups.
