Het verblijf was goed, fijne plek, mooie omgeving en prima zwembad. Lieve hond, dicht genoeg bij het strand en alle faciliteiten zijn in stad of omliggende dorpen. Kartbaan in de buurt is ook leuk om te doen. We hebben een fijne vakantie gehad.

Wir können uns den positiven Ausführungen und Bewertungen der anderen Gäste nur vollstens anschließen. Das war eine Unterkunft, wie wir sie uns schon immer gewünscht haben. Super Séjour

Parfait emplacement, au calme et tout à disposition. Vélos, ping pong, barbecues. Logement impeccable, jardin et piscine magnifiquement entretenus et petites attentions à l'arrivée. Voisins de gîte agréables et respectueux. Seul petit bémol à l'arrivée, nous avons eu du mal à trouver le gîte, le nom renseigné (les golfeurs) et le nom du logement dans le gîte et non le nom du gîte qui est "Les Cottages". L'adresse renvoyée sur Abritel est incorrecte, Saint-Alban au lieu de Lamballe (La poterie).

Merci beaucoup pour tous ces compliments et je ne comprends pas pourquoi Abritel nous localise à Saint Alban ? alors que nous sommes bien référencés sur Google Maps . C'est depuis que j'ai refait les annonces à la demande d'Abritel en Janvier de cette année et comme je ne suis pas très douée à ce niveau là... Je crois que je vais devoir adresser un bouquet de fleurs pour m'excuser au pauvre propriétaire de "La Métairie d'en bas " à Saint Alban. Bonne continuation, Hélène Le Rall

Herrliche Anlage in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir sind eine Familie mit 2 Jungs (9+12) und einem Hund und haben knapp 2 Wochen bei Helene und Michel verbracht. Das großzügige, grüne Grundstück in ruhiger Lage zwischen Maisfeldern und Wald mit der typischen Gebäudeanlage und dem Pool ist großartig und lädt zur Entspannung ein. Die 15 J. alte, gutmütige Hundedame Free ist auf dem Grundstück frei unterwegs und war mit unserem Pino direkt gut befreundet. Die Kinder waren vom beheizten Pool (ca. 26 Grad) begeistert und haben diesen unabhängig vom Wetter täglich genutzt. Wir hatten das mittlere und somit kleinste der 3 Appartements, das sicher für 4 Personen nicht riesig ist, aber doch gut nutzbar. Die gesamte Anlage ist eher schöner als auf den Fotos. Die Vermieter waren abends und am Wochenende gut erreichbar, waren sehr nett und standen mit Rat und Tat hilfsbereit zur Seite. Glück mit dem Wetter hatten wir besonders in der 2. Hälfte des Aufenthaltes nicht. Es war auch für bretonische Verhältnisse etwas kühl und nass, so dass wir die wunderschöne Terrasse nur in der 1. Woche ausgiebig zum Frühstück und Grillen (Grill steht zur Verfügung) nutzen konnten. Ausflüge in die Umgebung nach Dinan, Plouha oder das Cap d’Erquy waren sehr schön. Fahrräder für das morgentliche Baguette vom Becker stehen zur Verfügung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Nur das WLAN war leider zu schwach für alle Bereiche. Für uns war das mit genügend mobilen Daten kein Problem, was aber erkannt ist und sicher angegangen wird. Herzlichen Dank nochmal!

Ein bezaubernder Ort!

Wir befinden uns gerade auf dem Rückweg von dem Ferienhaus in Lamballe zurück in die Heimat und sind alle überzeugt, dass wir wiederkommen werden. Der Charme des bretonischen Bauernhauses, gepaart mit den grossen Hortensien, Schmucklilien, Palmen und alten Apfelbäumen lässt selbst die Unruhigsten zur Ruhe kommen. Ein Höhepunkt für die Kinder, nach den täglichen Ausflügen, war natürlich der Sprung in den beheizten Pool! Den sympathischen Hofhund Free hat meine Tochter besonders ins Herz geschlossen. Das Haus war mit Allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Selbst Fahrräder in allen Größen waren vorhanden (eine Tour zum naheliegenden See und in das wunderschöne Dörfchen Lamballe können wir nur empfehlen). Die schönsten Strände der Cote d' Amor sind innerhalb von 12- 20 min zu erreichen. Die Liebe zum guten Essen, ob in naheliegenden Restaurants oder frisch vom Markt (Donnerstags in Lamballe) prägt die Umgebung rund um das Haus. Wie man merkt haben wir den Urlaub bei Hèlene sehr genossen und können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Entspannung pur

Das tolle umzäunte Grundstück in ruhiger Alleinlage war für uns etwas ganz besonderes. Es war nach jedem Ausflug schön, wieder auf die bretonische Mauer mit dem elektrischen Tor zuzufahren, sich selbst per Fernbedienung einzulassen, erneut den Blick auf das schöne Haus zu genießen und auf dem gekiesten Hof direkt vor der Ferienwohnung zu parken. Die freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter wohnen mit auf dem Gelände, sind aber tagsüber nicht da und abends gut zu erreichen. Mit den zur Verfügung stehenden Fahrrädern ist man fix beim Bäcker und schnell in der Stadt. In der direkten Umgebung sind aber nur unbefahrene Straße, Bäume, Felder, Wald und ein altes Herrenhaus/Schloss. Der beheizte Pool im Garten ist ein Highlight. Drei Parteien teilen sich den Pool, was bei uns unkompliziert war. Dass auch Grills zur Verfügung standen, hatten wir vorher nicht gelesen, aber dankbar angenommen. Wir hatten die kleinste Wohnung mit nur einem Schlafzimmer. Da musste man schon viel hin und her räumen, wenn man mit 4 Leuten anreist. Aber das weiß man ja vorher. Wir sind sehr dankbar und glücklich, dass wir einen so schönen Urlaub haben konnten.

We booked and paid upfront for 7 nights. After the first night, we already left, because we were not satisfied at all with this accommodation. The ‘cottages’ are right next to each other with terraces that are separated by a wooden (removable) wooden screen, but if you are in your sleeping room, it feels as if the neighbours are sitting right under your window. We had to sleep with the window closed. The owner later blamed us for not discussing this first with the neighbours, with which it was made our problem. At 4am, the dog started barking right behind our front door. At 4.30 am, I decided to get out of bed and went outside to let the dog stop barking. The house itself was not in the best possible condition (smelly and moldy and there were stains on the walls), but that was not the main reason we left. We asked for some refund (and told them it was up to them to decide what amount). They refused. That one night has cost us the price for 7 nights.

Relaxing Reteat

We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay at Les Cottages. The shared pool is idyllic and the secluded garden lovely. We made good use of the bicycles and ping-pong table. The Gite seems to be deep in the countryside, but is only a moments drive from Lamballe and it's many shops. 20 minutes drive to the beautiful sandy beach at Van Andre.

Super schön

Wir waren eine Woche im Juli in Lamballe (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder 12 + 9, 1 Hund). Es ist alles mindestens genauso schön, wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Fahrräder kann man sich einfach nehmen, Tischtennisplatte mit ausreichend Schlägern und Bällen steht bereit. Wir hatten eine total entspannte Woche!

Le gîte est conforme à l’annonce, propre et fonctionnel Les espaces communs sont très bien entretenu, un havre de paix pour passer de bonnes vacances sur un transat, une chaise ou un hamac. Nous sommes au calme et proche de la mer malgré tout.

In een prachtige omgeving. Bos en land. Prachtig huis met onderverdeeld appartementen. Mooie tuin en zwembad. Lamballe is een aanrader. Zeker als men voor culinair gaat.
