Villa, newly renovated in 2010, with 2 apartments with comfortable living rooms, each with 3 bedrooms (2 with double bed, one with 2 extra beds), 2 washing facilities (shower or bath) and 2 fully equipped kitchens per apartment, a studio with a small built-in kitchen and shower room. Large swimming pool 5 x 13 m, terraces, view of the sea, with solarium on the roof, good middle-class neighborhood. The house faces south, quiet. Ideal for 2 families, maybe with one staff member (maximum 12 people including children) The beaches as well as the shopping centers are easy to reach.
