Kleine aber feine Ferienwohnung. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Auch der Parkplatz ist relativ weit von der Wohnung weg und es ist ein steiler Fußweg zu bezwingen. Ansonsten ist die Lage aber perfekt und der Ausblick vom Balkon super schön. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Meer ist sehr sauber und glasklar, die wunderschöne Altstadt ist in ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war sehr angenehm, es war im Apartment alles vorhanden was man braucht, sogar ein Babybett wurde kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Meerblick vom Balkon ist traumhaft. Das Zimmer ist größenmäßig ausreichend für 2 Erwachsene mit Kleinkind. Ein Supermarkt ist in der Nähe in dem man alles bekommt was man zum Frühstück etc. braucht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hat uns mit Palatschinken und Kuchen verwöhnt. Sie ist auch sehr lieb zu Kindern. - Der Weg vom Parkplatz zur Unterkunft ist doch relativ weit und sehr steil. Die Vermieterin hat uns einen Gepäckwagen zur Verfügung gestellt, trotzdem war es anstrengend das ganze Gepäck ins Zimmer zu bekommen. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Meter, allerdings gibt es einige Stufen, somit nicht praktisch wenn man mit Kinderwagen unterwegs ist. Der Strand ist leider sehr klein und schmal, es war jeden Morgen schon alles mit Decken und Liegen reserviert zu denen die Leute erst gegen Mittag kamen, wodurch man bereits gegen 08:00/09:00 Uhr wirklich noch nach einem kleinen Plätzchen suchen musste. Mir persönlich hat der Strand somit gar nicht gefallen obwohl er sauber war und das Wasser wirklich ein Traum war.

Traumhafter Aufenthalt in wunderschöner Lage

Lage und Ausstattung des Studios sind super. Die Größe ist für 2 Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind vollkommen ausreichend. Die Vermieterin hat ein Herz aus Gold, ist sehr kinderfreundlich und hat uns sehr nett empfangen. Bei Ankunft am besten Treffpunkt vereinbaren. Parkplatz / Unterkunft sind auch mit Navi nicht leicht zu finden. Vom privaten Parkplatz geht man wenige Minuten zur Unterkunft, die in perfekter Strandnähe liegt. In 2 Minuten ist man am schönen Sand/Kiesstrand Padova 2. Nach Rab geht man ca. 15 Minuten, mit dem Taxiboot ab Padova 3 sind es keine 5 Min. Das gleichnamige Restaurant in der Bucht Padova 2 haben wir fast jeden Tag besucht. Service, Ausblick und Speisen vom Feinsten. Das Studio Dubravka, der Strand und die gastronomischen Optionen direkt in der Bucht haben unseren Aufenhalt zu einem tollen Erlebnis gemacht. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Nádherná dovolenka

Boli sme veľmi milo prekvapení z pani majiteľky. Starala sa o nás ako o svoju rodinu. Po príchode do útulnej izby sme mali prichystané občerstvenie, vynikajúci štrúdel, pivo, džús... Počas nášho pobytu nás prekvapila ešte nie jeden raz, napríklad palacinkami. Apartmán krásny, čistučký, zariadený v prímorskom štýle, všetko zladené do poslednej bodky. Blízko pláže, veľká terasa s výhľadom na more. Je to kľudná a tichá časť. Po promenáde po pobreží sa za pár minút dostanete do mesta Rab. Naozaj môžem iba odporučiť. Určite sa tam raz vrátime.

Príjemná dovolenka

Dovolenka sa nám páčila. Príjemná je prechádzka do mestečka Ráb, ktoré je velmi pekné a od apartmánu je asi 20 minút. Odporúčam dovolenkujúcim, ktorý chcú mať pokoj.

Ubytovanie bolo krasne, cistulinke, utulne, s vyhladom na more. Mali sme k dispozicii vsetko, co sme potrebovali. Majitelka - velmi ochotna, prijemna, mila. Dostali sme od nej aj 2x kolace. Ubytovanie je blizko plaze, tiez je to blizko do centra mesta (15 - 20 min peso po promenade). Odporucame kazdemu!
