Cottage Miti Reva

Cottage Miti Reva is a house with wood and stone architecture, built by the sea in a large garden with trees. It offers a magnificent view of the turquoise lagoon and is bordered by a beautiful white sand beach.<br>The house has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, a mezzanine and a single bathroom (two sinks, a shower, a toilet). <br><br>Sleeping:<br>The master bedroom has a king size bed (180x200) and the secondary bedroom has a double bed (145x200).<br>The two very comfortable bedrooms equipped with double beds do not have glass in the windows allowing you to fully enjoy nature when the roller shutters are open to their maximum.<br>The mezzanine accommodates 2 single beds side by side 90x190 and a double bed 193x200.<br>Other single beds also available but will be subject to additional billing as the house is rented for 8 people only. Ideally 4 adults and 4 children (who are not afraid of stairs).<br><br>The kitchen:<br>The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, among others. The dining table is located on the covered terrace facing the lagoon.<br><br>The living room:<br>The lounge area with its colourful sofas is equipped with a smart TV, and free WIFI internet access is available for travellers.<br>The whole is tastefully decorated and the atmosphere is cosy and warm.<br><br>In non-air-conditioned spaces, the roof design also allows for permanent natural ventilation. This architecture purposely maintains a close connection between the interior of the villa and its tropical outdoor environment.<br><br>Equipment:<br>3 kayaks, including a junior one, are available to discover the underwater wonders just in front of the house. A barbecue and deckchairs are also at your disposal.<br><br>Good to know:<br>Please note that only the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The living areas have been designed according to open tropical architecture and benefit from natural ventilation and permanent air circulation. French Polynesia is a tropical destination where indoor/outdoor living is an integral part of the local lifestyle and architectural traditions.<br>The house is fenced and closed by a manual gate at the back of the plot.
