About this property

1B/1B Apt. on Hobby Farm 🐔 🐐 in Bristol. 5 minutes from Newfound Lake

This is a refurbished basement apartment in our home. You can enjoy the entire apartment with your own kitchen, dining room, bedroom, bathroom and living room with fireplace (we supply the wood). The house is set on 15 wooded acres for you to explore. Walk your dog or stroll through the woods. We are a quick 5 minute drive from Newfound lake, and set in the heart of the Lakes Region. In the surrounding area there are numerous hiking trails, snowmobile trails, ski resorts and more. Our large circular driveway means there is room to park your boat or snowmobile trailer. The garage has enough area to store your bicycles, motorcycles or one snowmobile We have four friendly dogs and there is a separate fenced in area available for your pet that our dogs do not have access to, however there is a shared pool inside the fence. In the shared yard there is a fire pit, feel free to use it from 5 to 11 PM. We raise chickens so there are always fresh eggs. We also have two goats.
This is an apartment in our home. We try to be as quiet as possible but you may hear us or the animals. We also occasionally use the RV that's on the property. You do have a table, chairs and grill for your own private use.

We have chickens and goats. Under no circumstances should you open any pens. if you would like to visit with them, let us know. Dogs must be leashed

Ourselves and our family and friends use our RV during the summer. You may encounter other people in the yard.

The apartment is in the basement of a house where we live. We try to be as quiet as possible but you will occasionally hear us or our dogs.

Clean, cozy spacious apartment like with a large working fireplace. Host left fresh eggs in the refrigerator from their own chickens for us. The goats were very friendly and loved to be petted. Hosts were not intrusive but friendly when we met in person. Location is close to a number of lakes and was easy to get to from the highway. Plenty of parking. I would highly recommend this property. TY for a pleasant stay.

This was a great stay! Great pet friendly place that was clean, affordable, and set up great! I loved that they had anything you could've needed in case you forgot something, provided the basics for breakfast and some snacks, very detailed welcome book, and was able to stay private from the owners.

We had an amazing stay at Donna’s. Place was easy to locate and even better than described. Lots of nice details that made us feel at home and helped us out when we forgot toothpaste (: bonus we got to feed the chickens and goats which was so fun! Would definitely recommend for a small group stay!

The apartment was lovely. There were lots of little extras, such as snacks, K cups, loads of extra towels, and even a basket of fresh farm eggs from the owners chickens, along with English muffins and cheese so you could make breakfast. Within a half hour of my arrival, the owner had messaged me and asked me to let them know if I needed anything or if they could do anything for me. The unit was neat and clean, the location was lovely. I hope to stay here again. The next time I travel to the area.
