In a private area with a secure entry gate and access code, within a house split into four housing, in the forest and close to the ocean, we propose a comfortable apartment up to 6 people.
Fully equipped for a pleasant stay (TV with foreign channels included, blue tooth stereo, DVD / Blu-ray player, free WIFI, dishwasher, washing machine, pyrolysis oven, microwave ...), terrace and shaded outdoor dining area will welcome you for intense "barbecue parties."
Three bedrooms (two with double beds, and a cabin room with bunk beds) will ideally accommodate families with children.
The nice bathroom has a walk-in shower, a large sink and plenty of storage.
The private fenced garden offers a space dedicated to relaxation with its sunbathing and "lounge" area for aperitifs at sunset with sunset on the dune bonus.
If you wish to spend holidays with family or friends, it is possible to book several apartments in this house, which preserves privacy and usability.

Séjour en famille

Avec enfants et petits enfants venus du Canada pour voir les belles plages de sable fin et l'océan, séjour dans cet endroit calme. Dommage que le soleil ne fut pas au rendez vous tout le week-end. Très bon séjour, à privilégier hors saison pour le repos.

Week-end en famille pour Triathlon de Carcans

Location lors du week-end de l’Ascension. Résidence très calme, très bien placée. Cadre superbe. Mais quelques petits désagréments peut-être dû au début de saison ou une accumulation de « pas de chance pour nous »? (bouchage puis fuite sur vidange évier/machine à laver, volets électriques qui se bloquent, wifi qui ne fonctionne pas, barrière à l’entrée de la résidence bloquée en position fermée, porte de chambre qui ne ferme pas…) Le propriétaire était cependant joignable facilement et réactif pour les urgences.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung in schöner Lage

Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Man läuft nur ein paar Minuten zum Meer und in der Ferienanlage sind auch unsere Kinder problemlos alleine umher gezogen. Bertrand ist ein unkomplizierter und herzlicher Vermieter. So hatten wir einen tollen und entspannten Urlaub! Herzlichen Dank!

Très agréable logement très bien situé parfait pour se ressourcer

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison/appartement charmante très bien située au calme à 200 m de la plage et à 50 m d'une des nombreuses pistes cyclables. Le logement est moderne, optimisé et très bien équipé. Nous avons également apprécié l'extérieur au milieu des pins avec le bruit de l'océan et des oiseaux. Bertrand a été un hôte très accueillant, très agréable et très réactif. Pour résumer nous avons passé un excellent séjour détente et nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

C'est une propriété agréable, très bien située. L'accueil du propriétaire a été très chaleureux et sans "chichi", cool et décontracté. Le logement est bien équipé et il est fonctionnel. Un petit bémol sur la chambre cabine très petite et plus adaptée pour des enfants ou des adultes qui n'y restent que 2 ou 3 nuits (comme le passage de nos amis ou grands enfants). Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und eine wunderschöne Woche in Carcans verbracht

Bereits der E-Mail Kontakt mit Bertrand war unkompliziert und alles hat bestens geklappt. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und die Ferienwohnung entspricht den Bildern. Bertrand spricht sehr gut Deutsch. Auch positiv: Die Nähe zum Strand ( 5 Minuten zu Fuss) Bäckerei, kleiner Spar Lebensmittelladen, diverse Souvenir Shops sind ebenfalls fussläufig erreichbar. Schönes Haus, sehr freundliche Gastgeber

Das Haus war sehr gut eingerichtet und sah genauso aus, wie auf den Bildern. Besonders die große Terasse war wunderschön. Anreise und Kommunikation mit Bertrand war super unkompliziert und sehr angenehm. Wir waren mit fünf Erwachsenen zum surfen dort und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Entfernung zum Strand und zum kleinen Örtchen mit ein paar schönen Restaurants und Bars sind perfekt.

Sechs Sterne: Tolles Haus, großartige Gastgeber

Das Haus ist wirklich so schön wie in den übrigen Kommentaren beschrieben: perfekte Lage, vollständige und funktionierende (!) Ausstattung, überlegter Zuschnitt des Wohnraums, sehr sauber -- man fühlt sich einfach wohl. Carcans-Plage kann ich generell (nicht nur) für Familien mit bestem Gewissen empfehlen: Alles da, aber bei weitem nicht so trubelig wie Biscarrosse oder Lacanau. Den 6. Stern verdient aber das wirklich umwerfende Besitzerehepaar: Nicht nur, dass Buchung, Kontakt, Übergabe etc. perfekt und herzlich verliefen -- nach einem kleinen Unfall unserer Tochter wurde uns fantastisch und mit eindrucksvoller Selbstverständlichkeit geholfen. So blieben uns am Abfahrtstag eine halbe Odyssee ins nächstgelegene Krankenhaus und ein noch stärker zerrüttetes Kind erspart. Danke dafür noch einmal! Wir würden -- wie man sicher unschwer erkennt -- sofort wieder buchen.

Ressourcé!!!

J etais fatigué à l arrivée, je suis reparti ressourcé. Du calme , de l'air ( pinède)!! L ocean à pied ( 200 ou 300m) ,le lac a deux kilometres .Tout est parfait et optimisé. Seul bemol ,la chambre des enfants vraiment petite ( on y fait qu y dormir apres tout) mais j y retournerais sans hésité. Les proprietaires sont tres sympas ,ouverts et surtout discrets mais reactifs si vs avez des questions ,ce qui n est pas tjs le cas . Merci a eux pour leur acceuil!

Sehr schöne und komfortabele Ferienwohnung

Sehr komfortabel eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in einem brandneuem Haus mit 4 Einheiten (Wir waren die ersten Mieter). Das Haus liegt in einer idyllischen Ferienhaussiedlung in einem Pinienwald mit kurzen Wegen zum Strand und zum Einkaufen. Die gesamte Ausstattung ist vollkommen neu und sehr geschmackvoll. Besonders sticht hier die Küche hervor, die mit Markengeräten (Cerankochfeld, Backofen, Mikrowellenherd, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und große Kühl-Gefrier-Kombination) komplett ausgestattet ist und keine Wünsche offen läßt. Die deutschsprachigen Vermieter sind sehr nett und ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und waren bei Bedarf jederzeit kurzfristig erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und besonders die gemütliche Terrasse zu den Mahlzeiten genossen. Zusammengefasst kann man diese Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen und wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.
