Our spacious seaside home is perfectly positioned, in peaceful "Beach Town" 2 minutes walk from the seafront with tennis courts, golf and leisure facilities all a short walk away and a lovely local pub on our doorstep.

The house is set across 3 floors has 4 bedrooms, 3 receptions/cinema/games room, 2 bathrooms +1 toilet. Sleeps 9 guests. The rear garden features outdoor table and seating.

A lovely area with beach and countryside / South Downs all within easy reach.

Fabulous Family Vacation Spot

Seaside House - was just what we need to enjoy our long weekend stay. Lots of space & choice of bedrooms & bathrooms & play-space. The house is spacious and a convenient location to walk to the beach, mini golf, cafes along the seafront etc. The kitchen has everything you need and we really appreciated the beach equipment in the shed. This is a family holiday home and was a nice place to spend a weekend with friends. As other reviews mentioned, the garden is a bit sad and could be made really nice with not too much effort. Unfortunately during our stay there was a maintenance issue which was quite stressful and made more so because we couldn't reach either of the hosts. We had also not received a reply to a question in advance of the stay, so have rated communication low. Other reviews suggest communicating with hosts was good so perhaps we were unlucky. We had a lovely weekend there with friends but probably won't stay again.

Great stay brilliant location

A fab house perfect for two families and my mum. Lots of space and a nice garden (with ping pong table!). Location brilliant just 5mins walk to beach, crazy golf and miniature train.

Littlehampton Seaside Holiday House

The house accommodation is very good and location excellent.. However, for very young children the 3 floors with steep stairs and bare wood floors and stairs throughout, increases risk of injury. Parking spaces outside the house are rare, but there are on-street free spaces to be found within a 200 yard circle of the house. The beach is no more than 5 minutes stroll and there is a cafe, mini golf and within walking a funfair in one direction and a very good playground and boating lake in the other direction next to the leisure centre with swimming pool. A Londis and cafe just round the corner. We would go back to the same house if we had another Litt;ehampkton holiday.

Littlehampton stay

House was roomy and comfortable. Close to sea. We didn't spend a lot of time in the immediate vicinity as we were down to see a relative but we all walked along the sea road. Used the well stocked Londis and had lovely vegan sausage bap from the takeaway on the green. Would have loved the time to use the new stylish cafe on the promenade. Only one point was parking as we had 3 cars altogther but mostly found spaces not too faraway, so we managed ok.
