COMFORTABLE QUIET PRIVATE BEDROOM FOR FOUR GUESTS!!! Looking for a huge value for your money? Look no further. Beautiful home with a large ensuite bedroom with a queen bed and a couch that has a full size pull out sleeper. Complete with Kitchen table, desk for a work space, 48" TV with spectrum cable, mini fridge with freezer, and microwave. You will also have your own private entrance, as well as access to the pool. Coffee, towels and basic bath amenities included. NO CLEANING FEE!!! Please email with bookings longer than 60 days.

Wonderful, quiet sanctuary

Only a two-night stay but we made the most of it! We were able to enjoy the pool both days and really loved the proximity to everything that we wanted to see & do in Lakeland!

Great place to stay

Clean and a great value, my wife son and I enjoyed our ten day stay, we didn’t arrive until after midnight and the owner had everything ready for us. We didn’t have time to use the pool but it looked very inviting. I would strongly recommend anyone to stay here.

Really nice little place. Once you find it, you're really in a quiet little spot with groceries and a bunch of shopping no more that .5 miles away. Downtown Lakeland is easily accessible by car and Lake Hollinsworth and the college campus are a beautiful walk away.

Nice Place!

Nice clean room and easy to get in and out to car. Microwave & fridge, but no dishes, silverware etc. Great place for a day or two.

perfect for us

Nice quiet location. It was very easy to find and close to everything we needed. We wish the weather would have cooperated so we could have enjoyed the pool! Pretty much a motel room but that is all we needed.

Amazing and Relaxing

We were there for a short 2 day stay and it wasnt enough lol. Home was very clean and comfy. And the POOL are is very beautiful, and has a deep end which I personally loved. We met 2 wonderful ladies of the property and they were very sweet and welcoming. Very convenient location. And Chris reaponds right away, which was very awesome. We appreciate you guys!!!!!! See you soon

We fell ill and could not make our trip. I will say that Chris was very understanding and a very good communicator. Next time we go to Lakeland we will most certainly stay with Chris. Chris was kind enough to offer a full refund even though he was not required, very much appreciated. Thank you Chris

Great stay

Very cute, very clean. Just as described in description ad photos. The only thing was there was no info for use of fire stick and apps on the tv. We needed a pin and it was not given or left on note on desk. Yes we could have asked for it, but we ended up just watching cable channels.

I am also a Retired Military spouse, and love anything that has to do with Horses!!! The room is managed by my son Jason who is a real estate agent :-)

After a major change in my life I decided it was time to move closer to my family. I did some research and purchased this beautiful home.

My home sits off of New Jersey on a private road and is quiet. Large yard, and beautiful pool.
