L’appartement est très bien situé, à proximité de cafés, restaurants, épicerie et boulangeries. L’accès par métro y est facile. Situé dans une cour intérieure, il est très calme. Attention toutefois si vous songez le louer en été: j’y ai séjourné fin mai, au moment d’une vague de chaleur. À mon arrivée, l’air climatisé était brisé et il faisait 31 degrés dans l’appartement. Malgré 3 visites de préposé qui ont bricolé une réparation, il a toujours fait 26 degrés ou plus dans l’appartement même avec le climatiseur à fond.
