This apartment makes an amazing and comfortable home base in Paris. There are just two things to note:

1. There is no TV in this apartment. If you'd like to be able to watch shows or movies, we recommend bringing your laptop or tablet. The wifi is high speed, so you would have no trouble streaming.

2. The apartment is located on the inner courtyard of the building. This means there is no view, but the apartment stays very quiet.

My boyfriend and I stayed for 4 great nights. Location was perfect - close to restaurants, markets, attractions & Metro. Apartment was small but clean and just right for two.

Perfect Position

The property is compact but comfortable, no tv or iron, but we managed without either for our 6 days. restaurants and markets close by. Sandra met us at a nearly cafe and showed us to the apartment and where everything was there. you cannot fault the area and closeness to Seine and Notre Dame, Loyvre etc

Location, location

Great location for a two-week stay in Paris. The host was very helpful with arrival details, allowing us to check in early and providing tips for transportation from the airport. The entry to the apartment is a little odd (peeling paint on the underside of the circular stairway, broken windows in the stairwell), but the apartment itself was perfect for the two of us. Most sites are within walking distance. Wonderful restaurants and boulangeries nearby, including La Pie Nour next door, and a nice little organic food market. The apartment doesn't overlook the street, but that made it very quiet. Great neighborhood!!

Perfect location for us, spitting distance to a three-day-a-week market on Blvd. St Germain! Oh, be still my beating heart! I think we sent the shawl vendor's kids through college by the time we were done!I wouldn't have changed anything about this place; CLEAN, everything thoughtfully provided. We didn't have to go out hunting for coffee or laundry detergent, there was enough of everything to get us through our stay.There were guidebooks and Paris idea books, all in English, and a comfy bed. Lots of hot water, and even a hair dryer. Our host, Nadia, met up with us just meters away for a seamless check-in, and showed lots of patience walking us through how everything worked in this secure, third floor apartment. Plus, she was available at ALL times, directly thru a Whatsapp link, and not hiding behind three layers of corporate websites, and unknown operators. Plus, she shared lots of her favorite restaurants and stores, and most importantly, she was funny and gracious. Of course we would stay here again!
