Beautiful, air-conditioned villa (garden + pool + pétanque + bar)

Located 25 minutes from Bordeaux and St Emilion, in the centre of the village of La Sauve Majeure with its UNESCO-listed abbey and its renowned Roger Lapébie cycle path, our family home will allow you to discover the Entre-deux-Mers region, called "Tuscany of Bordeaux" for its pretty hills of forests and vineyards.
Our 140 m² single-storey house sits on a 2000 m² fenced garden with parking.
Swimming pool with roller shutter, private bar and pétanque court + children's games in the house and in the garden (swing, trampoline, slide, playhouse...).
We live there with our 2 children, the area is quiet, with no overlooking properties.
Cali, our little cat, will be your discreet hostess.

The accommodation
The house has a large living area with a pantry, open-plan kitchen, dining room, living room, and children's playroom. The room is very bright and features a wood-burning stove that works well in winter.
In front of the living room, a large covered terrace welcomes you with garden furniture and outdoor dining area + griddle.
The sleeping area includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 WC at the entrance.
Room details:
- 1 master bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160x200) and dressing room
- 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140x200)
- 1 bedroom with 1 single bed (90x200)
+ an inflatable mattress and a travel cot are available

We leave children's books and toys available for travellers.

The garden surrounds the house and is a true paradise for children (trampoline, playhouse, slide, swings...) and for adults too!
Beautiful 7x4m swimming pool with roller shutter + 80m2 terrace around it + pétanque court + pool bar + outdoor shower.

For cycling or scooter enthusiasts, you can fully enjoy the Lapébie cycle path 300m from the house.

Other remarks
Cali, our little cat, will be there during your stay but will only ask for a few kibbles each day.
We do not provide bed linen and towels.
However, you will have all the basic necessities at your disposal (kitchen basics, toilet paper, soap...).
Family home, no groups of young adults, no parties, respect for the neighbors requested.
