Ein aussergewöhnliches Haus (Doppelhaushälfte) in aussergewöhnlicher Aussichtslage. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin über Fewo Direkt war unkompliziert und stets gegeben. Das Haus selbst ist mit allem perfekt ausgestattet. Vom Weber Gasgrill über Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler bis zur Kaffeemaschine. Alles da! Die Räume sind sehr grosszügig geschnitten, modern, zweckmässig, wie neu. Unten Küche, Ess- und Wohnzimmer, 1 Schlafzimmer und Bad sowie WC. Oben 2 weitere Schlafzimmer mit Bad/WC sowie 1 grosszügiger Balkon mit sensationeller Aussicht. Im EG großzügige Terrasse mit toller Aussicht. Grosser Garten mit Liegestühlen und Blick über die Bucht. Grosser sehr schöner gepflegter Pool, sehr sauber, mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen und ebenfalls sensationellem Ausblick. Sehr zuvorkommende unkomplizierte und freundliche Gastgeberin, die stets mit Tipps für Einkauf und Restaurantbesuch oder bei der Bestellung beim mobilen Bäcker ungemein hilfreich ist. Allein die Zufahrt zum Haus von der Hauptstrasse (an der Küste entlang oder kürzer von oben her) ist gewöhnungsbedürftig für Autofahrer, die korsische Strassen nicht gewöhnt sind (eng, kurvig, manchmal holprig). Aber der Ausblick auf die Landschaft (für die Beifahrer!) entschädigt mehr als genug. Zu beachten ist die etwas weite Anfahrt zum Einkaufen (ca. 14 km einfach), wobei aber der Bäcker einen Lieferdienst anbietet (am einfachsten über die Gastgeberin). Wir waren zu fünft (4 Erwachsene und 1 Jugendliche).100 % Empfehlung!

Très belle location. Maison confortable et bien équipée. 2 salles de bains, 3 chambres avec lits doubles, terrasse, barbecue à gaz et très belle piscine. La vue est exceptionnelle depuis la maison. Nous avions les pieds dans l'eau... Aucun regret. MERCI à Santa pour son accueil.

Nos vacances en Corse

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable, la maison correspond parfaitement à sa description. Des hôtes très agréables et Felix qui c'est démené comme un chef pour rétablir la piscine endommagée par la tempête. Magnifique propriété, vue époustouflante

Villa bien conçue, la mitoyenneté avec l'autre villa n'est pas gênante.spacieuse, description exacte, emplacement a 30 mn d'Ajaccio, propriétaire très prévenante, vue a 180 degré sur la mer époustouflante. Nous étions 4 , la villa est très bien adaptée jusqu'à 6.

Ein Traum mit Hindernissen

Wäre da nicht diese Anfahrt und die im Vorfeld schwierige Kommunikation ausschließlich über FeWo Direkt, das Objekt müsste mit 5 Sterne Plus bewertet werden. Alles da, was man sich wünscht, ein großes Gelände in gepflegtem Zustand mit einem Traumblick auf die Bucht von Sagone. Das Objekt insgesamt in hervorragendem Zustand, gute Matratzen (aber auch nur 140er Betten), absolut ruhige Lage, herausragender 9,5 x 4,5 m Pool, den man sich mit der zweiten Wohneinheit teilt - wir waren allerdings weit gehend allein, da nebenan nur über 3 Tage nicht wahrnehmbare Gäste gleichzeitig dieses tolle Landhaus besucht haben. Kurz: das Objekt ist jede Empfehlung wert. Verbessert MUSS die Anfahrtbeschreibung werden, denn es gab keine! Die Adresse haben beide Navis nicht angenommen, sie heißt auch nur Pevani in Calcatoggio. Pevani kann man von der D81 wunderbar ansteuern, wenn man es nur wüsste. Kommt man im Dunkeln an, grenzt das Auffinden an ein Lottospiel. Auch weil das Objekt dann völlig im Dunkeln liegt, bleibt es bis zum Schluss spannend, ob man am richtigen Tor steht. Auch wird es bei FeWo direkt als Villa Pietri bezeichnet - diesen Hinweis findet man vor Ort nirgends! Die Besitzer kamen zwar nach unserem Telefonat rasch und wir waren total erleichtert... aber das hätte viel viel einfacher funktionieren können und müssen. Zusammengefasst: ein wunderbares Haus (besser Haushälfte), 30 min von Ajaccio in traumhafter Lage, was will man mehr. Zwei Dinge noch: die Kommunikation ist auf französisch beschränkt, man muss sich mit einem Übersetzungsprogramm behelfen, möchte man sich in einer anderen Sprache verständigen und die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist 25 oder 30 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt (wir empfehlen dringend Spar oder den Wochenmarkt in Ajaccio, 35 min). Wir werden herzlich gern an dieses schöne Hau zurückdenken. Liebe Santa, bitte überarbeite den Internetauftritt für die Anfahrt!

Wunderschöne Anlage mit phantastischem Ausblick

Ein kleines Paradies! Alles sehr gut gepflegt und bestens ausgestattet. Sehr gute Matratzen. Der Bäcker kommt morgens um 9Uhr. Das ist ein Segen! Denn zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit fährt man 30min. Serpentinen. Dafür hat man jedoch einen wahrhaft schönen Platz mit jeglichem Comfort, der den hohen Preis rechtfertigt. Alle Schlafräume und der offene Wohnbereich haben Blick auf’s Meer. Moskitonetz und Mückenabwehrmittel empfehlen wir unbedingt mitzunehmen! Zur Gumpenwanderung sind Schuhe für‘s Wasser hilfreich.

Très jolie villa avec une vue imprenable sur la baie , des couchers de soleil magnifiques . Villa très propre et très bien équipée .La propriétaire est très gentille . De belles visites à faire dans les environs et des journées "farniente " dans la piscine et à la mer. Nous serions bien restés encore quelques jours .

The house was spacious and well equipped. Great and very large garden with swings, slide and other toys. Swimming pool that was well kept and easily accessible, though with a fence for security. Excellent for our three kids! The view was spectacular. We watched the sun set in the sea every night.

Tout les avis convergent, la villa est parfaite, bien équipée, à l'état neuf. Les prestations sont à la hauteur. La piscine est idéalement située et nettoyée tous les jours. Bouées, frites et matelas gonflables sont à disposition. Bien sur la villa est partagée mais sa disposition particulière préserve à merveille votre indépendance et tranquillité. Donc la villa est parfaite. Mais que dire de ses propriétaires ? Santa et Jean Toussaint sont tout simplement ....charmants, à l'écoute, toujours prêts à rendre service, à faire des kilomètres pour vous être agréable (et en Corse les kilomètres ça se paye..), à commenter leur ile et à lâcher les bonnes adresses. Bref on est chez soi chez eux.

Tres belle villa muni de tout le confort, magnifique vue sur le golf de sagone, piscine bien entretenue. Par contre je suis déçu du comportement de la propriétaire qui nous a pas fait faire l'etat des lieux a notre arrivée et qui durant notre voyage retour nous a contacté afin de nous accuser a tort d'avoir souillé un matelas et avoir emporté l'alese. Donc a l'avenir si vous ne voulez pas passer pour des menteurs faites bien l'etat des lieux a votre arrivée car madame est obstinée.

De superbes vacances...

La maison ressemble exactement aux photos et au descriptif avec une magnifique vue et un très grand calme ressourçant. Elle est très bien équipée, plus qu'à déposer les valises, apprécier la vue et sauter dans la piscine! La propriétaire a de très bon conseils et est très sympathique,elle nous a conseillé l'auberge juste en dessus de la maison qui est de sa famille. Produit du coin et repas plus que délicieux entouré de gens très gentil. Nous recommandons vivement!
