Your Denver getaway is here! A newly remodeled home with 3 bedroom and 2 bath. Downstairs guestroom has a walk-in closet and steam shower! Lots of windows and bright. Open kitchen with large tv and living room. Enjoy a bbq in the fenced backyard or a drink on the front patio. 15 minutes to downtown, 20 minutes from Red Rocks and 45 minutes to the mountains! Walk across the street to coffeeshop, Joyride brewery, US Thai restaurant or to Sloans lake. ***I do have a friendly house cat that will be at the property while I am gone. He likes to go outside as well. If that works for you, please let me know.

I am a 25-year public school teacher looking to teach abroad in September. I love my home and looking for someone who wants to live in lively and quiet neighborhood and take care of my home while I am gone. The home is fully furnished but there will be space for your belongings if needed. All I ask is you take care of the property and reach out to my manager is there are any problems.
