House in Saint-Mathurin sur Loire / 8 pers / near Loire

We welcome you for a stay with family or friends in our independent cottage located between Angers and Saumur (St Mathurin).<br>We can accommodate 8 people. The house is composed of a large living room, a kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.<br>Guests can enjoy the fenced outdoor courtyard and garden furniture.<br>At your disposal: bicycles, table football, outdoor games (petanque, table tennis, etc.)<br>The house is located close to the Loire (900 m) and shops (3 km).<br>The accommodation<br>The house is located on our residential plot, but has a totally independent access.<br>Bed linen and towels (1 large and one small towel per person) are provided. Beds will be made on arrival.<br><br>ON THE GROUND FLOOR<br>- It is composed of a large living room with 3 sofas, a TV (TNT) and a table football, reversible air conditioning.<br>- Fully equipped kitchen: Traditional oven, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, classic and Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster. It has a large table to accommodate 8 people. A TV is also available in the kitchen.<br>- Large bedroom with bed 160 (new bedding), a large closet with wardrobe, reversible air conditioning.<br>- A bathroom with integrated toilet, shower, double sink and heated towel rail<br>- A laundry room with washing machine, dryer, sink. This room gives access to the courtyard.<br><br>UPSTAIRS<br>-A bedroom with two 90 cm beds (new bedding) and storage under the beds.<br>- A bedroom with a 160 cm bed (new bedding) and a wardrobe with shelves.<br>- Another bedroom with a 160 cm bed (new bedding) and also a wardrobe with shelves.<br>- A separate toilet<br>- A bathroom with shower and double sink, heated towel rail<br>- A reading corner<br><br>OUTDOORS<br>A fenced courtyard (approx. 100 m²) with garden furniture, barbecue, parasol, sun loungers.<br>Parking adjacent to the house.<br><br>The house is not accessible to people with reduced mobility but we have a bedroom, a bathroom and a toilet on the ground floor. <br><br>NEARBY<br><br>Many activities are offered in the region!<br><br>- The Loire by bike (the circuit goes to 1km)<br>- Canoe trip on the Loire (16 km)<br>- Rent flights in Hot Air Balloon (several sites nearby)<br>- Visit of the castle of Brissac (18 km)<br>- Angers and its castle (21 km)<br>- Visit of Saumur, the Cadre Noir, its cellars, troglodytes, castles (25 km)<br>- Terra Botanica (28 km)<br>- Doué la Fontaine Zoo (35 km)<br><br>It will also be an opportunity to discover the Boule de Fort and our local wine:)
