Charming gîte *** in the Loir and Loire valleys

Le Jardin Renard is a charming nineteenth century house in the Clos sur Loir Cottage, in the heart of a small village in Haut Anjou. Decorated with a flea market and antique spirit, the 85 m2 cottage has comfort facilities and an enclosed ornamental garden for a relaxing stay.
In the regional style of Sarthe Angevine, the interior and exterior fittings of the Jardin Renard house are also inspired by the owners' professional experiences as a decorator and travellers.
The gîte classified as a 3* furnished tourist accommodation is located on the village square, opposite the historic Sainte-Geneviève church. The rooms are spread over two levels (ground floor and upstairs). The living room and the kitchen-dining room are located on the ground floor. The two bedrooms are upstairs and have a view of the square and the church or the gardens of the Clos sur Loir. The two bedrooms are each equipped with modular beds (single beds that can be converted into a king size bed). The house has a bathroom and a toilet upstairs, a toilet on the ground floor, a semi-shaded patio with lounge for outdoor dining. It gives access to the ornamental and aromatic gardens (the products can be tasted according to the seasons). For a relaxing stay, the outdoor relaxation area in the enclosed garden of the cottage is equipped with deckchairs, a hammock and romantic stone furniture. In the cold season, travellers will have a regional fire room in a building located on the other side of the enclosed garden of the cottage but accessible by a gate. This building houses common facilities with the travellers of the Jardin Yuccas cottage (laundry, storage room, sauna).
