The lofted layout will allow each guest to spread out and find their own piece of paradise, so don't worry about getting a bit of peace and quiet when needed. When you aren't soaking up the sunshine on the sand mere steps away or taking advantage of the on-site amenities, kick back on the plush black leather sofas with a movie playing on the flatscreen TV as the fireplace warms the entire space. Come summer, the patio will be just the place to sip a glass of wine and reminisce with loved ones about the day as the stars come out.
This dreamy home away boasts an ideal location with beach access, so you won't have to go far for lake fun. Summer activities including water skiing, wakeboarding, SUP boarding, kayaking, and sailboating, so take your pick and soak up some sunshine. Amazing hikes are also a great option for outdoorsy guests during summer and fall. If you happen to visit during winter, make sure to visit the famous Heavenly Resort for some skiing and snowboarding. A bite to eat will also be easy to find with endless dining options for all ages and tastes. For even more excitement, head just across the state line to a Nevada casino or visit one of South Lake Tahoe's own top-rated bars or nightclubs.
Things to Know
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Dock details: Dock/pier is for sightseeing and to see the beautiful view of Lake Tahoe. No boat docking or boat tying of any kind is permitted. No fishing or diving off the dock is permitted.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
