We enjoyed this location and condo for our late summer vacation with our 2 young adult kids and their guests. Having the 3 floors to spread out was nice. Kitchen was fully stocked with all cooking pans/pots, utensils and extras like syrup, spices, aluminum foil/plastic wrap that you could need. The nearby Safeway was our go to grocery for breakfasts in the condo. We enjoyed access to the private beach for the condo, visiting twice to watch sunsets. Didn't find time to use the two small pools, but they looked nice. It was also nice to sit on the small deck on the cool mornings. We knew this going in, but the condo does not have A/C and get very warm by the afternoon when you visit in late July and temps reach 85 during the day. The ground floor stayed pretty comfortable, but the 2nd floor where kitchen/living area were located, got a tad warm, and the upper loft where our 2 girls slept, stayed toasty into the late night hours. I would just recommend not planning on having anyone sleep up there during the summer heat, which I realize doesn't last that long in Lake Tahoe. Most properties don't have A/C.We also loved the proximity to Heavenly shopping and dining. While there, we visiting Sand Harbor for kayaking, Emerald Bay for hiking and Fannette island views, and Logan Shoals Vista Point. Saw a bear walking the property one night! Overall safe, quiet, clean and great location to stay for our crew of 6!
