About this property

This 3 BR 3 BA 9th floor beachfront condo provides breathtaking views of the ocean and beach. You can enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee or the sunset with a glass of wine. The condo provides two king master suites with ensuite baths beach side. Each master has access to the balcony, as does the living room area. The third bedroom has two full beds and a full hallway bath.

Enjoy beautiful beach views from the cozy balcony, all housed within one of the premiere properties of Panama City Beach! Why This Property? Watercrest 904 is a beautifully decorated 3 BR 3 BA Gulf of Mexico beachfront condo. Watercrest offers a heated pool during fall, winter and spring. The complex has a tennis court, pickle ball area, shuffleboard and bocce ball area. The hand ball court is currently closed until summer of 2024. Watercrest is located on the quiet side of Thomas drive and the complex has a Tiki Hut for snacks in the pool area that is open from Mid March to Late Sept.

The best restaurants in PCB are located within a short walk down the beach or a short car ride down Thomas Drive. Walking distance or a short drive to Schooner's, Alvins Island, Newby's in the Curve, Shoreshack Pizza and Patches restaurant.

Watercrest is located on the quiet end of PCB near the State Park and just steps from Schooner's which is the perfect lunch time or dinner destination when you need a break from the beach. Watercrest provides guest with large spacious beaches and the property will provide amenities that the entire family will enjoy.

Overall Nice place

This unit was in a great location and one of the largest oceanfront units I've ever stayed in. It was very comfortable for 6 people. For the price, I feel the kitchen could be better stocked with quality pans, cookware, and utensils. Other than that, the place was awesome and I would book it again. On a side note, and this isn't the owner's fault, the racquetball courts at the Watercrest are no longer available; this was a big disappointment.

Great Condo & Great Property Managers!

This was a fabulous property! We really enjoyed our stay and have always loved staying at Watercrest, but this is the only time I can say that the property itself as well as the management company exceeded our expectations. The check in was smooth & easy and the property managers, Cort & Chase, were very nice, happy and responsive. This was also the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in in the last 15 years! Thank you! We will definitely be stating here again!

Family Weekend

We enjoyed staying at this condo for Memorial Day Weekend. Unit was very clean and furnishings were in good shape. Cort the Property Manager was helpful. They do not provide beach towels, but Cort was able to loan us a few. Parking was easy and there was only a short wait for elevator. I would stay here again.

Best Vacation in PCB!

One of the best places we’ve stayed in PCB. The condo was more amazing than the pictures on the website. Very clean and well stocked making the vacation more enjoyable. Check-in was easy and no waits for elevators. Chase was so friendly and recommended restaurants to us when we arrived at the beach early. We will definitely stay again!
