The check-in process was good, the only surprise was the fee for parking, which was 58 per vehicle for our 5 night stay.The property was clean (the loveseat was a bit dingy, but we put a blanket from the closet over it), the kitchen was very well stocked with all the silverware, plates, bowls, and cooking paraphernalia that you could ever need. The kitchen table was big and nice for everyone to sit around to eat and/or play games/cards.The bathroom exhaust fans are weak and leave the bathrooms very damp after showering. It may be just due to the age of the building(?) The front bathroom near the washer/dryer had a shower head that didn't work properly. It would be nice if the washer/dryer had a door that closed to block the sound but the little room isn't deep enough for that. The view from the balcony was wonderful, with ample seating to watch the beautiful sunsets. The pool and property are very well maintained. Don't go to the pool without an armband or security will be right over to make you get out (and that's a good thing!) The hot tub is large, although we were joined by some unaccompanied children on more than one occasion (parents, do better!). We would definitely book this unit again. The negatives mentioned are FYI's for the owner and wouldn't deter us from booking this unit again.
