This is an amazing place to house your family or work crew. Located on a State Route, you are just 5 minutes to Athens or head the opposite direction and be on Route 33. New flat screen tv with dvd library and upright arcade system with 350 old school games. 1 car garage and off street parking. This is a three bedroom with 2 King Bedrooms and the third bedroom has 2 twin extra long beds plus 2 full baths. House with plenty of room, right on paved state route 682, all paved roads. Everywhere inside of the house, a side yard of grass and a rear patio.This house is right on the highway for easy access to Route 33 and beyond. Not close to public transportation, free parking for 3 cars plus a 1 car garage. Super nice re-modeled large house, 1 floor plan.
