Come away to Mountain Haven! This beautiful log home is located just a few short minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Situated in a resort-style setting, Mountain Haven features warm wood finishes, tasteful decor, and comfortable furnishings in spacious rooms, completing the package.

The main level features an open, chef-friendly kitchen with ample space to move around and opens into the dining area. The large stone gas fireplace sits between the dining and living areas, so you can enjoy it from either area. The primary bedroom is also on the main level and has a jetted tub in the bath.

There is a large, roomy deck to enjoy, with a gate to keep the little ones in. Here, you can enjoy the deck furniture and the quiet of nature while your favorite food cooks on the gas grill, or soak in the spacious hot tub with a privacy lattice.

The upper level features a spacious open loft area with seating for the TV and a card table for games. A seasonal pool is available at the resort during the warmer months for your sunning and swimming pleasure. Wireless internet access is available for those who can't quite leave work behind!

One pool is located just above The Cub House cabin, and the other is located adjacent to the Resort playground and pavilion. The opening date varies between Memorial Day weekend and the Labor Day holiday weekend, depending on when cool weather arrives.

It was close to Food City, downtown and restaurants. Driveway steepness may scare some drivers. Hot tub and deck was nice. We saw bears. Cozy living and kitchen areas. All in all a cute place

Thanks for the feedback. To clarify for others, the driveway and parking are both flat. The 0.25 mile road to the cabin's driveway off of the main road is steeper. However it is paved and plenty wide enough for 2 large vehicles to pass each other.

Perfect location!

We chose this property because of its convenient location to Rocky Top Sports World and it was amazing!! Absolutely perfect for older grandparents who can’t do a lot of stairs and 4 younger children who needed a separate space to sleep and hang out!

Cabin is beautiful but needs repairs. Hot tub outdated/barely works, cabinet doors hanging from one hinge, shower heads need replacing, bathroom faucet needs to be replaced, appears to be mold on ceiling due to I assume a leaking roof at one time. Drive way should be high lighted as steep/uneven in description. Drive way will fit 3 full size vehicles bumper to bumper, but is very steep

Over all great place

Over all this cabin is very nice. The hill was steeper than was told and the toaster didnt work good. One of the fitted sheets was dirty but everything else was amazing and a wonderful view! The public pool is way too small!!
Final day when we all could get together and enjoy dinner before everyone went their own ways

We are glad you enjoyed the Cabin. As we are in the mountains we do have some mountainous roads. The hill is only steep for less than 0.25 miles and is very wide and paved with no curves in it and the parking area is flat. The resort actually has 2 swimming pools. This property is in the smaller section of the neighborhood so it does have a smaller pool that is walking distance. The other pool is larger. We will check out the toaster and also find out how a fitted sheet did not meet our standards made its way into the cabin. We remove all linens from the propety on every turn and bring in a new set of fresh laundry each time. No laundry is done on site.

A truly amazing vacation. From Gatlinburg to Pigeon Forge, we spent our week in true tourist style. We enjoyed our days soaking up all the beauty this area has to offer. From mountains to streams and everything in between, there was not a dull moment to be had. This property was absolutely beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet. We loved the large porch area and spent a lot of time out there. There were some fur friends that even visited us at night. This home was more than accommodating for our family of 8 and we enjoyed every minute. The Arts and Crafts district is one of my favorites and we will definitely be back for more. Sad to have to return to reality but the memories we made are priceless.

Great Location! Lots of Bears 🐻

The cabin was very well stocked. The beds were comfortable. My husband and boys loved the arcade machine! We saw more bears on this trip than we have in the past. One was across from our property and the other was hanging out at the base of our driveway. We would definitely stay here again!

Such a cozy house to stay in. Kids never ran out of things to do. If I ever built a house in Tennessee I would want it to be identical to this one.

Great place without a view

The cabin was 5 star. The driveway was very steep and narrow. Very close to downtown. Nestled in a very quaint ‘holler’, you are at the mercy of the other surrounding cabins to be quiet and respectful which most are.

This driveway is pictured in the listing. and the steepness is a 3 out of 10 with a 10 being the steepest driveway we have. As far as narrow, we have had touring vans have no trouble getting in and out of the driveway. All of our cabins are going to be in the mountains so some driveways will have a slope to them. If you prefer a flat parking area we recommend mentioning this to your host for recommendations.

The property itself was very clean. Layout was lovely. Had plenty of room for 3 families to hang out as well as 3 cars to park on the driveway. I hate you couldn’t work the TVs. Even after our techs stopped by twice to show you. The TVs in this cabin are tied to spectrum cable services and each have their own cable box. The TVs and cable work perfectly fine in the cabin.
