About this property

Thank you for looking at our little piece of paradise!!! We have lived in Tampa for 25 years and our dream since moving here has been to own a condo on St Pete Beach/Indian Rocks. We recently purchased this little gem and we are so excited to share it with others!!!

Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse condo has water views from every window! We are located on a small slice of Indian Rocks known as The Narrows. The Narrows has no buildings on the intracoastal waterway side, meaning that we have unobstructed water views from the front and back of the condo. View the Intracoastal Waterway from the front of the property, and the Gulf of Mexico from the Family Room sliders/balcony.

Upstairs includes Master Bedroom with new King Bedroom set including, flat screen TV, dresser, nightstands (view of Gulf). Second bedroom newly furnished with 2 Full beds, dresser, desk, night stand (view of Intracoastal).

Fully remodeled bathroom with tub / shower.

First floor: Fully remodeled bath with tile shower, fully equipped updated kitchen with granite counter tops; stainless steel appliances including microwave, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator with ice/water in door, coffee maker, chef prep needs, dining table with comfortable leather chairs, breakfast bar, comfortable contemporary furnishings…family room with flat screen TV, leather sofa/love seat, new balcony furniture, internet, phone, sheets, towels, beach towels, bed linens, central heat/ac, beach chairs, beach umbrella….fully equipped!!!

All you need to do is relax and enjoy our little piece of paradise on this beautiful section of St. Pete Beach, which was just voted the #1 beach in the US, and the #5 beach in the entire world. And, in 2023, Coastal Magazine named Indian Rocks Beach the 2nd most romantic seaside getaway in the USA, behind Honolulu!!!!

SO close to the water, everything you need

My husband and I stayed with our 18 yr old daughter and friend. It was a great location and you cant get any closer to the crystal clear water! The sand is white and soft with clean beaches. We almost felt like we were on a private beach because there were plenty of people and families but never crowded. The owners were quick to respond to all our communications and provided great tips and information about the area. It was so wonderful to have everything provided you could need for a day at the beach: umbrellas, chairs, beach towels, even a cooler. So many extras were definitely the finishing touch. Plenty of supplies to last the four of us just over a week, even shampoo conditioner, etc. The views are amazing and everyone we encountered were so friendly. Highly recommend this property and thank you to the owners for a fabulous family trip!

Beautiful beach, upgraded condo, poor clean

Pros: - Beautiful beach - Beautiful ocean water - Condo is upgraded and spacious with the 2 levels - Area is nice and safe and has nice restaurants and ice cream shops Cons: - Condo was dirty upon arrival - Owner did not provide a pleasant response to my complaint about the cleanliness of the condo. I was offended by the response of “not sure what to tell you”. They probably thought I was looking for a discount. Just wanted them to know how disappointed that was. We cleaned the condo to remove shaving clippings from the main floor bathroom sink, cleaned mirror to remove toothpaste and water splatter from the main floor bathroom, cleaned the kitchen table and chairs to remove food crumbs and stickiness, clean the kitchen counter to remove hair, wiped down the handles of the refrigerator and the cupboards to remove food and stickiness. There were large balls of hair in the upstairs bathroom corners and at the bottom of the steps. There is ketchup (I think that’s what it is) on the halls and food particles stuck to the legs of the kitchen table. It was an unfortunate first impression. Hopefully the owners will check up on the cleaning crew in the future given their proximity to the condo.

Exactly As Advertised

Great place to stay. Nicely furnished with everything you could possibly need. Pictures give you a very accurate idea of what the unit looks like. The view is amazing, especially at sunset. Owner was GREAT to work with, always quick to respond to questions and deal with any issues that may unexpectedly present themselves. I would definitely book here again.
