San Remo 204 is a 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom Beachside Condo that accommodates 6 guests. Hop on the Elevator to the second floor where you will find a very well appointed Condo with beautiful views of the beach and pool. A nice size balcony with chairs allows you to sit and relax after your day of Sun & Sand! A Master Bedroom with an En-suite Bathroom and the Guest Bedroom both have patio doors leading out to the balcony. The Living Room offers a sleeper sofa and plenty of other seating to settle in for a movie. Stay in and make dinner or head out to Gulf Blvd where you will find many of our areas popular Restaurants! The pool and Jacuzzi right next to the beach so you can choose where you would like to sun bath and swim. The location of this condo is so convenient you will want to make it your destination time and time again!

ATTN: The stucco on the outside of this building is currently being replaced throughout 2023. Please be advised that there may be noise during daytime hours on weekdays. The balcony will not be available until end of October due to renovations.

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.

This property provides 2 parking spaces.

The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney are just two hours away.
