The home is perfect to have a great time with family and friends. It's located two blocks from the beach in Playas del Coco, Guanacaste and one block from the Garden Bar. You can just walk out the door, turn left , and walk 2 blocks to the ocean. The house is incredible; it is your typical Tico home . The house is located in 5 minute walk away from the center of Town, where you will find supermarkets and nightlife and many other services.
