Place has everything you need to stay comfortable, magic view in balcony, dishwasher, laundry. In the first floor you have a lot of stores for a quick shop and 5min walking a grocery store. Communication with Larissa was always clear and super kind. Super host!!

Guillermo was a desirable tenant of my property , very respectful and friendly, he left place in a clean condition, was easy to communicate with and followed all the property rules. I will be happy to rent to Guillermo again in the future.

I like to travel the World and when I am traveling I like to rent my beautiful place located between Downtown and Midtown Miami right on the Biscayne Bay and Venetian Marina/Yacht Club, close to beach, shopping, restaurants, night clubs, theatres and musiums.
